Best car service in Rochester , NY. Jesse Maine and his team do a great job. Myself and my friends visit them for all kinds of service and auto problems if any, from 2014. They provide student discount too. Would strongly recommend!

My daughter is attending RIT from out of state and needed her car serviced immediately. I normally would have worked on it myself, but that wasn't possible. They were knowledgeable and honest about what was wrong and the consequences of not getting it fixed right away (to prevent further costly damage to the catalytic converter). They worked on it same day using high quality OEM parts. Great communication and am amazing experience! We will definitely use them again!

AMAZING SERVICE! They were able to schedule me in quickly, and complete repairs on my windshield wiper efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I have never had such a fantastic experience at a mechanic. Will be coming only here going forward. 10/10.

Received high quality service on some paint repairs. Estimate was $1000 cheaper than what a competitor gave me and my car looks great. Impressed by their efficiency (finished a day earlier than originally planned), customer service, and convenience. Highly recommend!

I rarely leave feedback but Morris Automotive provided such exceptional service that I'm happy to leave a review. They were quick with getting my student daughters car in and repaired. Great communication, great service, and a level of honesty that is rare 8n the repair industry. As an out-of-town dad, it's a good feeling that there's is a quality shop nearby for our needs. A+++++++

2nd time around using these guys for a collision, 2nd time with exceptional service and amazing results! Jesse was communicative with me the whole time and saved me a good amount of money! The quotes he gave me initially were already a great price compared to other shops, but by the end of it he was able to lower the price more! Morris has always been amazing and I will continue using them for years to come. Side note: they have this big map in their lobby that you can put a pin in where you are from, it’s so neat! 😄

Super transparent and helpful. Had an expensive part break, so it was nice to have a shop walk me through what was broken (with photos), what they'd do, how long it would take, and offer some options to get it fixed. Really quick to respond to messages and give updates, too. Great experience overall.

I’ve relied on Morris Auto for a few years now and they are always amazing. They do great work, have stellar customer service, they’re scheduling and drop off/pickup are very convenient, and best of all, they are honest. They don’t overcharge, they tell you what you need and don’t need and are overall amazing to work with. Wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars.

Excellent service, in every meaning of the word. I was involved in a hit and run recently. I was really worried because I had a new job with a long commute and this was my only vehicle. I called almost every collision repair shop in Rochester. Not only did Morris Auto Repair get me a quote first, they were also able to get me in first. They fixed the car faster than anticipated. They were able to re-use some of the wreckage that I had picked up from the crash, making the total cost less than what was quoted originally. All this and they had excellent customer service every step of the way. I’ve never written a review for anything, and was so moved by their unparalleled ethic, I felt compelled to write this. Thank you so much to Jesse and everyone else, I hope to not need your services for a while but when I do, I know who to call.

Jesse and his crew are Top Notch !! He will Always tell you up front what the best course of action should be to fix and maintain your vehicle !! If your vehicle needs something, he will tell you, If it doesn't, He will tell you !! I've never been burned by him !! He is a Great, down to earth guy who doesn't play games, He just tells you what your vehicle needs and how he will fix it, and charges a fair price !! Jesse and his crew are great! Very honest mechanics, they will never try to fix or sell you anything that isn't absolutely necessary. They always ask your permission first before doing anything, and that is hard to find these days.

This auto shop was very ethical, communicative and thorough. They gave me an accurate quote and expected time frame, which they stuck to. My vehicle even came back to me cleaner and more organized than when I brought it there. Jesse texted me updates throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be going back in the future if I ever need more work.
