Stock Honda Civic Engine cracked at 130k miles, replaced by Morris Auto in 2014. Help me get engine replacement cost covered under manufactures defect in engine. Now same Honda Civic currently at 285k miles and still going strong. 11/2024 - Now at 341k miles and still going

I took my GMC Yukon there on Monday because the check engine light came on . They Took care of the problem. At a very reasonable price. I was so impressed that I left my truck and they took care of that problem the same day.. I am happy to recommend them to all my friends.

Austin and his crew have always taken great care of me. They assess the problem and then tell me what it is and what it's going to take to fix it and they've always given me a fair price. I live nearby and I was really happen when I found this business so close to my house.

I bought a truck from a shady flipper with no service paperwork but I ran the CarFax and found that this shop did lots of service on the truck between 7 and 4 years ago. I called in and they had no problem giving me a full history of the service they had done to the truck, A+ record keeping. The person who helped me out was more than willing to go into the details and work with me with zero issues and expected nothing in return. I called at lunch on a day before a holiday too. I have never experienced such good customer service and I was not even a paying customer! 5 stars in my book, I would not hesitate to take my vehicle here!

Took care of my electrical gremlins that another shop couldn't figure out and did it in a timely and professional manner. Also, took care of my parking brake, hydro boost, and a couple other small things as well for a reasonable price Highly recommend.

These guys are great. HONESTY is the key imo... Nobody likes going to a mechanic, but if something is broke, you need someone honest who will fix it for an honest price, who does it the "right" way. These guys fixed up my Ford, pointed out other things I "might" want to address in the near future without being pushy to repair "right now". I will be back for sure when I need more work. Very knowledgeable about Diesels

Worst shop I’ve actually been to. Live and learn.. I’ll never be doing business or recommending them again! Have receipts showing “motor runs strong” and it blew up on me less than 300 miles after that. Spent roughly $1400 total to have a fuse replaced, and thermostat leak fixed.. I took it to them to figure out why it stalls changing the gears from drive to park, and drive to reverse. And running rough when at higher speeds. (They ran it in idle and drove it claiming it “runs strong and good”. No engine light also stated which was false it was back on. I have videos and messages direct with the Mechainc himself.) *gladly would pay for the service on the leak not leaking, and fuse.. but come on guys, ripping off a so called friend for nearly $1400 over a thermostat leak and fuse??
