I highly recommend Tyler with Most Wanted Performance. He is a honest straight up guy that will take great care of you and your equipment! I am my own mechanic and I had a bike that I have been fighting to get to run right for over a year! Tyler was happy to take my problems on with a smile and suck with it till he won. Not many mechanics will do that! Thanks to Tyler with Most Wanted Performance I can now just enjoy my bike and not stress about it. Thank you for the amazing service!!

I've visited this shop twice in two years. The owner, Tyler, is a nice guy who knows his stuff. While he's good with a wrench, his business skills are lacking. He does a poor job of scheduling work in the busy season, and doesn't keep his commitments, and doesn't respond to messaging. He said on the phone he was a little behind, and to drop my bike off on a specific day, (4-5 days from then). My wife and I drove down to drop off the bike, and two tires to mount, and were told "I'm way too busy now, I can't do it." I was very understanding and flexible with his busy schedule, showed up when he told me to, and got sent away. I gave him my number, told him to call me when he could fit me in, and over a week later have yet to hear from him. Wound up going to Jackson Cycle and Saw, (also very busy) dropped off the bike, and it was able to pick it up 5 days later. So, about 4 weeks and $200 to get tires mounted. Welcome to Jackson, WY in the summer.

There is very little competition for sled shops in Jackson so you'll end up going here anyway. Bring your credit cards, as they charge $1000/hour for labor. I was charged $50 for 5 minutes of "help" fixing a part I brought in. Just a heads up!

This local business is one of the most helpful and friendly places in Jackson Hole. Alan, one of the mechanics, is always extremely helpful when it comes to asking advice. This business is not out to screw you over. that being said, it leaves the customer with full satisfaction.
