15/10. Lucy was so nice and also very reasonable and knowledgeable. The garage was filled with Ducatis, and it can be hard to find a Duc Mechanic. She had me back on 2 wheels in no time. 3000% recommendation.

Lucy is a highly skilled and experienced technician and she will take the best care of you and your machine. On top of her technical expertise, Lucy is also a very genuine, kind, and caring person, delivering exquisite customer service. Lucy will take the time to explain the service provided as well as point out any additional repairs that may be necessary in the near or distant future without pressuring you or any hard upsell. I took my 2004 Aprilia Tuono, and my girlfriend’s 2001 SV 650 in for tuneups, tires, and a detail. The work that was performed was affordable, the bikes never ran better, and looked amazing! When you decide to take your bike to Moto Lucia, it will be the best decision you’ve ever made for your motorcycle!

I was traveling through California and was away from cel phone service most of the time. I had to cut my trip short and needed a place to store my bike urgently. Waiting for a response on the phone or trying to set an apointment on the web page for that same morning was not feasable. Plus my phone number has a foreign country code. That is why I needed to talk to someone urgently on the phone. But, yes. I can change my review. If you responded it means you really do care.

Lucy and Trish do excellent work in a timely fashion. They are always clear on what's going on with my bike and what my options are. Lucy is prompt with communications and I always find the shop to be good vibes all around. Additionally, they are outstanding members of the San Francisco Bay Area community!

If you need a bike fixed, Lucy can fix it for a very fair price. Especially Ducatis! Since she's a solo owner-operator, she's often booked up way in advance. But she's a local woman-owned motorcycle shop and she'll always get my business, even if I have to wait.

Another happy customer here! I've always been an extra picky client, and have just about nit-picked every mechanic I've hired in the past (at least 5~6 of them by now). This is not the case with Lucy, not only did she got the job done (15K Desmo service) on time (less than 48 hours), found and corrected a ticking time bomb that would have destroyed the motor, found and repaired an existing wiring issue that even I had forgotten about, and just about exceed my expectations on every front. Here is how meticulous Lucy is, I dropped the bike off the day after Day Light Savings day, having rode 350 miles 24 hours prior...I did not have time to reset the clock one hour forward. Imagine my surprise when I tried to adjust the clock today, to find that Lucy had set the correct time for me already.

Fantastic service experience with Lucy! Lucy is well known in the SF motorcycle community and has many years of experience working on all sorts of bikes. She did the 6000 mile service on my Moto Guzzi V7ii, knew the bike well, and did a very professional job. Very fair pricing and excellent communication, she is well set up for appointments online and via text. She also took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain things in detail. Highly recommended!

Great independently owned service shop. I've know Lucy for a long time & as a technician myself, I can tell you she's qualified. Definitely knows Ducatis really well, but works on all kinds of bikes. SPS suspension is located on the other side of the shop.

Lucy cares for my "fleet" from a semi exotic vintage desert sled, an Italian enduro, a dependable Honda commuter, various dirty bikes, and a scooter. I drop them off, they get what they need and the bill is always palatable with no surprises. Communication is clear with this shop, scheduling is realistic, and timely. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
