Finally the problem with my truck was diagnosed and fixed and I’m beyond happy and at ease now. Not only did you fix the truck, but you went out of your way to clean it and that means a lot to me. Bobby is AMAZING! Great customer service from start to finish! I had an engine replacement The rear rotors and rear brakes done. Prices were very reasonable and the turn around time was phenomenal- 1 week. Very trusty mechanic, understanding, and gets you the best of the best! I appreciate you Bobby you got a customer for life.

After having several problems with my past mechanic, I started on the journey to find a new and trustworthy mechanic. Trying to find a decent mechanic in Las Vegas is a very lengthy and difficult process. You want to make sure that the mechanic is honest, knowledgeable, transparent with their work, give great value, and friendly. I finally got to meet Bobby and his son Nico at Motor City Auto Care. The yelp reviews do not lie and Bobby, his son, and his mechanics are all genuinely professional, knowledgeable, transparent, and most of all the kindest people. I came in for an oil/filter change and also knew I needed all 4 brakes and rotors replaced. Bobby was very thorough in his assessment of my vehicle and walked me through all the items that he was concerned about…..which ended up being the brakes, rotors, and my oil change. Bobby did not try to upsell me any services or repairs. He was very straightforward with what my vehicle needed and he even said that it’s been maintained very well. He topped off the fluids that needed to be topped off and he also did a multipoint inspection. I’m just really fortunate and lucky that I found Bobby and Motor City Auto Care for all my vehicle needs. I will also start bringing my wife hybrid vehicle here now too. Bobby said he doesn’t mess with any of the specific hybrid parts on her car, but any fluid changes and maintenance him and his mechanics can do for sure. Thanks Bobby for taking care of me and my car. Looking forward to the next time I come in with my wife’s car. Thank you again!

I can't thank Bobby and his crew enough for fixing my old crappy Chevy HHR- he was on top of all of it and the process couldn't have been easier- but more than that my car is driving like a champion again! Bobby knows his stuff, it's obvious by the care and time he takes explaining what and why and how he fixed the issue- which is very comforting when you are insane so you aren't left wondering if something was missed. Beat out the other mech i went to by a mile on price as well- he even cleaned and vaccumed the car before pick up! Absolutely will be back, thank you!!!!!

The best auto shop in las vegas hands down. Bobby the owner did everything possible to make my audi oil leak repair go smoothly. He was professional and honest from the start. The pricing was very fair and my car was repaired the same day. I recommend him and his shop to anyone. I've never had a better experience on car repairs in 30 years. Thank you Bobby. I had an AC problem on a Friday afternoon, after driving in from California. On Friday night, I contacted a few places through Yelp. One guy must have thought I was stupid, because he quoted me $500 to evacuate and recharge the system. Then I learned he couldn't do it until Monday. I got a hold of Bobby at Motor City Auto Care and he said he could take care of me Saturday morning. I didn't ask for a price because I figured it wouldn't be any more than $500. I got to Motor City Auto Care, and Bobby quoted me a price that was less than half of the first quote I got. I was like, "Yeah! Let's do it!" When he finished, Bobby knocked about $50 off because he didn't have to add refrigerant (that's because I overfilled it at AutoZone). Now that is an HONEST mechanic. I can't wait to have another mechanical problem in Las Vegas because now I have a go-to mechanic!

My entire experience began with Motor City Auto Care and Bobby, the owner when I got their phone from the Better Business Bureau. I hadn't had any issues with my 2011 VW Tiguan until recently. Being a single woman it's difficult to know who to trust as I hadn't had my own mechanic for years. Yet right from the get go, I explained my concerns regarding my recent car noises and Bobby discussed with me his price and time frame on repairs. He even went a step further to pick up my car to save me the trip to his shop and return it to me when he was finished. I told him how impressed I was with his "old school ways" plus his personality was really great. He went above and beyond as far as I was concerned and I told him that he was now going to be my future mechanic if needed. He was pleased. Not as much as me to find someone so honest, down to earth and real especially when it comes to something emotional as your vehicle. Thanks Bobby!!!

Brought a 2012 Chevy Cruze in because it had a check engine light and the car was tumbling. The store provided clear and valuable information on what needed to be fixed for the car to be running great again. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and honest auto mechanic

Motor city auto care is the best in town value, service and honesty. This is a family owned business that reminds you of back in the day that doesn’t overcharge, I’ll never take my cars anywhere else!!
