Extremely frustrating when you wait patiently exited for the promised results and you’re delivered a pile of junk. I brought my project by to have some things I didn’t feel capable of doing worked on, 43 days later I get a call it’s ready. Yeehaw I am excited, I get there and pay it off then am handed the car and pushed out. Still has all the same issues upon driving 2 miles up the road, I turn around and go complain, complete denial blaming me and other things that had never been mentioned let alone have nothing to do the issues. Extremely frustrating cause this project is difficult on me financially and now after a $1350 labor bill and the owner Ray just makes excuse after excuse.

JUNE 2024: Motor works charged me over $3000 to rebuild a motor, I waited over two months and when I started the motor, it was loud and the rocker was ticking, upon reinspection they said the cam was flat and they weren’t giving any type of warranty, refund, or taking responsibility for it. Even though they built it. They screwed me out of thousands of dollars, wasted months of my time, and now I have to file a lawsuit or a claim to get a refund, or to get what I payed for months ago.

These guys like to rip people off. Spend 3k+ for an engine build, and they sold junk that not even they could work on. Plain dishonest and not worth your trust. Ray, the manager, sets the tone with his disrespectful attitude. Please don’t give these racketeers your money.

Worst mechanic ever, can’t trust them, they took money from me(3500) and were supposed to re build an engine for a classic car and they completely did the opposite. They saw it not functioning and said it’s not there problem. And the manager was very rude keep in mind I paid in full, before the work was even done. And they don’t wanna do nothing about my engine that they claim to have rebuilt. Very unprofessional, not the honest type that deserve anyone’s hard earned money. Look elsewhere.

Had to get my car towed to them and they did a great job letting me know what was wrong with it. How much it would cost and he tried to save me some money in the parts. The car is running greats and they keep you informed on any changes that happen.

This is the worse place to get your car fixed. I took my car to check what the problem is they said it was my serphenty belts so I bought from a different store so they could just fix that problem, but they ended up saying that my radiator was leaking and alternator was bad so I applied for credit to fix all that till I got into a big mess I don't trust these people they made my car worse now I have to take to a different mechanic who knows what they are doing. And they removed my good battery and put an old one in my car so I had to buy another one

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Took my vehicle in only to be lied to about my engine oil which I took a look at before I took it to them. Said I had several things wrong with it and recommended a new engine at a ridiculous price. Save time and money by going somewhere else.

RECENTLY took my dodge Durango citadel to MOTORWORKS ON VALENCIA to have my vehicle checked because the alternator was not charging the battery. After them having my car all day ( even with me having an appointment) they never called me I had to call them, just to be lied to and be told my alternator was failing. They then charged me took my money and sent me on my way.I took the same truck to Accurate Automotive services, where they found the actual problem and fixed my vehicle. I do NOT recommend this business. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I'm brand new to the area and needed a mechanic asap! I called on Monday and got an appointment for Wednesday. I was already out when I learned I needed to take it in somewhere, so I decided to drop it off right away and possibly prevent causing further damage. These guys called me Monday night and said they'd found and fixed the problem! They didn't have to touch it until Wednesday. Thank you so much for the quick and honest service!! p.s. thank you for cleaning up all the gunk buildup too!! :)
