My truck went in for its regular service. The Team at Motorized found an issue. It was an issue from a previous repair. Things happen! Since it was done less than a year ago the Team at motorized fixed the repair with no fuss or hassle. They went out of their way to ensure the issue would not happen again. Not very many companies are this awesome and honest. Thank you Motorized!!

I really appreciate Motorized Solutions grace as well as their tenacity in coming to an effective conclusion about a parasitic draw on my battery. As it turns out there were probably two draws occurring at the same time – one on the hood latch and the other on the amplifier of my sound system. While the first one was discovered, it turned out to not to be the only draw and so with patience, Motorized Solutions soon found a second parasitic issue. They did all that for one basic price, which was very reasonable. Hurray, Motorized Solutions!

Had a noise coming from one of my wheels. I didn’t have an appointment and was able to pull in and they were able to take a look at what was going on. Everyone was very friendly and said to come back if any problems come up. Would recommend 10/10 times!

I was only given 5 stars. This is a lot better than that. The service is great as are the people up front. I have ALWAYS had the greatest experience with everyone. When I drive out of the place I ALWAYS know I have been taken care of.

My car was left very dirty from the maintenance people - steering wheel, dirt on seats and volume on radio was left At the very highest volume - asked on the price I paid for my oil change I will not be coming back
