SHOWED my problem INSTANTLY THEY KNOW WHAT THE ISSUE WAS and was TAKEN CARED OF made me learn that Good people & LEGIT MECHANICS IN MIAMI EXIST, ON GOD. Thank you SO MUCHH, u know how it is with a Foreign (Car) you will have to FIX SOMETHING & in MIAMI its not easy to find but I am so glad i Found HONEST AND EXCELLENCE. Very kind staff and genuine people. I’d be a little wary however taking certain cars to them. Was told my Volvo engine was done for, however it really just needed its coils and plugs replaced. I took it to a Volvo specialist and it’s running like new again. While I don’t think it’s their intention to misinform me, it did cost me a bit of money to tow and re-diagnose the car at the other shop.

Kenny is the mechanic to ask for. He is honest, efficient at service, and goes the extra mile for customers. The owner is super nice and accommodating. I would definitely take my vehicle to this shop for service again.

One of the best auto shops in Miami, if not the best. Very courteous and friendly staff, good pricing (not trying to rip ppl off), very detailed in their diagnostics. The service consultant, Cesar, is amazing; very helpful, friendly, and understanding. Ask for him. This is my go to shop whenever I need a service done to my car.

What a great service! Forgive me but I think his name was Chris. Great customer service and he speaks Portuguese. From calling then to reserve an appointment to the whole experience there. I went with my little one and he even got an ice cream. Oil change was fast and other diagnostics were at a very reasonable price and honest assessment. I had purchased a voucher on Groupon for oil change and it was honored to its fullest. Keep up the good work guys, rare to find good customer service in this field. For sure will return!

If you’re looking for a garage look no further this place is legit they are professional, patient and have great customer service. I wasn’t exactly sure what was wrong with my vehicle, but after describing the issue. They found the cause and even showed me before repairing it to get my approval. They are also bilingual which is super helpful and the establishment itself is clean and their mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be back when needed but I also will be recommending this shop.

Recently brought my Porsche Boxster for what I thought was a dead battery. Turned out to be the alternator. Yearly afternoon the next day, car was completely operating, and paying the exact estimate quoted me. Also included was a complete diagnostic check. They work on makes and models foreign & domestic brands. Brakes, tires, and tune ups as well. Very satisfied with professional service and advice. Highly recommended 👍

En la mañana de hoy voy a arreglar mi auto todo bien buena atención ,resulta que necesitaba un sensor de pedal de freno lo encargan y estiman un cobro de $93.18 genial cuando llega la pieza la instalan y no se resuelve el problema y les digo que me regresen mi pieza y solo me cobren la mano de obra que fueron solo 20 min y cuando voy a pagar me dice que son$ 64.89 y yo digo como puede ser posible que cobren tan caro si no me resolvieron el problema y demoraron solo 20 min en instalar y desinstalar perfecto y cuando llego a casa y reviso el recibo veo que me cobraron la pieza que les dije que quitaran y pusieran la mía me la cobraron sin instalarla en fin voy a hacer una reclamación a mi banco porque me parece injusto que me cobren $64.88 dólares por solo 20 min de mano de obra

I went to change my oil and the guy did not put the oil filter correctly than my range rover start leaking oil from the top to the bottom. And they start saying that your car did not have oil and when we put oil your vaccum pump is broken and you need to change it and it cost 1000$ and they start telling me for another part wich cost another 1000$ so they was gonna make me pay 2000$ and broke my car. So i went to my mechanic shop and everything was fine he fix the oil filter. They try to change parts when the parts was good where they don t even have no professional custumer services in the reception or from the mechanic team. And also i asked to speak with the owner they gave me bad attitude but finally they called him and he start continuing with the same lies what their employees was trying to d0. I do not recommend this place at all.

Wonderful experience! Went in for an oil and filter change. They did also a full inspection on the car! Staff polite and knowledgeable! In the waiting room they have free coffee and icecream! Highly recommended!

I must say something that even though I was thinking it was going to be very simple ended up being a nightmare. I was without my car for almost 2 months which was not of any fault of Motoro. However once the claim was approved instead of me getting my car within a week from the approval it took an additional 2 weeks. Once I received my vehicle the check engine light came back on before I could get home. I took the car back and had a sensor changed and the check engine light was still on. At that time, I was advised to bring the car back in order for them to re-diagnose the car which I was scared to do because I feel like if I take the car back up there I would be without transportation for another month or 2. After all this time my car was at Motoro from July 15 till September 4 and the only thing that has happened is that I have a new engine, but I still feel like there's a problem with the transmission as well. Thank you for at least getting the new engine in the car and making it possible to go out of town to see my son graduation from Basic Training. I guess if you going to them for something simple, they would be great for that but if it's something major and they have to wait on the warranty department to pay it will delay them from fixing your car
