Awefull customer service they truly could care less. Parts manager tells you what fluids ro use and he's wrong costing my company 200 out of pocket telling me "it takes gear oil" thanks I sold it for hear oil I had in stock so I paid out if pocket for 5 gal synthetic for 3 gallons. His response? What do you want from me. I want you to know what your doing! Your charging like you do. I tell all my roadsides to never buy from them. Oh and when confronted the redhead in parts will talk shit and flip u off good escalation skills. Service manager is self serving too. Just run away .

Had a very good experience here. They got our truck in and stayed past closing until it was finished. Mike is a great service manager. He kept us up to date on his findings. Would recommend this place to anyone and would give 10 stars is possible. Always Early Transportation

I had to tow my truck to this shop. They fixed it, but after a few days, the same issue reappeared. Chealse followed up with me, and I explained the problem. She asked me to bring the truck back, so I did. They worked on it again, said they found another problem, fixed it, and charged me. However, after driving a few miles, the same issue came back. I returned a third time for the same problem, and they requested to run another diagnostic, which costs around $400 each time. I asked Mike, the manager, if they could guarantee they would fix the issue before proceeding, but he said they couldn’t provide any guarantees. Since this was my third visit for the same problem, I decided not to go forward with another diagnostic. Unfortunately, they couldn’t fix my truck. However, the staff was very friendly and kept me updated throughout the process. Mike even worked late on my truck during the first visit and didn’t charge me for after-hours work. I eventually took my truck to another shop, where the problem was quickly resolved. The other shop was surprised the diagnostic code hadn’t been caught earlier. I’m giving 3 stars for their friendly service and consistent updates, even though they couldn’t resolve the issue.

Michael the service manager is very very nice guy who is very knowledgeable and friendly!!! I got here 30 minutes before closing time on Friday 13th , and he still fixed my truck.very recommend place to fixed your truck.thank you guys great job

I have been working over the phone with Chelsea to schedule repairs for Snow College's Volvo 9700 bus. She is polite, enthusiastic, and always so willing to offer help and advice. She has our best interests at heart. What a great employee. Thanks Chelsea!

I have to put a bad review as Warning for other Owners and Fleet Operators. About 3 weeks after the Oil change they done for our brand new VOLVO, The truck began loose oil and We brought it to Vanguard Truck Center VOLVO dealer in AZ. Turned out the Oil filters were bad and rubber seals were damaged. Vanguard Tecs had two suggestions Either Filters were mounted incorrectly or Defective Part (Filters). Two Volvo dealers spoke togather and agreed on blaming Luberfiner Volvo FIlters and Mountain West Truck Center ended up NONLIABLE for the damages and cost of repairs. Mountain West discussed with General Mangement and Adviced us to go after Luberfiner Filters Manufacturer to get reimbursed for the cost of repairs. Which is disrespectful and impossible to do. They mentioned that they don't Guarantee the Quality of the parts that They are putting on your truck.That means if you replace a Radiator in Mountain West and if it blows out on the road. They dont cover it under warranty, simply they advice you to go after Radiator Manufaturer. Even Speeedco or TA's have better warranties than Mountain West. I am afraid all Mountain West locations are the same as Service manager Mike discussed the case with so called General Management.

Mountain West TRUCK CENTER has the best customer service and communication I have ever experienced. Not only did I not have to wait, they even ran a diagnostic test and determined that what was suspected was not needed. ALL truck repair shops all over the country should mirror this shop. I highly recommend them to all.

We tow alot of trucks. We tow a fair amount of Volvo trucks. We use to tow them to salt lake city. But after dealing with the lady from the service department and her dirty rotten attitude. We really promote the St George location. Very friendly and helpful. Even to us tow guys. Thanks

Called for parts. They looked up the wrong part and told me they had it. After we figured out that was the wrong part, and finally got the right part number, they told me it was on nationwide backorder and I was pretty much screwed. So I called their branch in salt lake, who immediately got the right part and had 3 in stock. They shipped it to me the next day.

My truck was lacking power in mountain range. Throwing codes. My usual mechanic told me to have 2 sensors replaced but he was 1600 miles east. So I yook my truck to Mountain West Volvo. They said they tested sensors and they were fine but that they tested my CAC and it had a leak. Couldn't show me where it was leaking but that it needed replaced. I would have to wait 3 to 5 days for it. I told them to put it back together and I would take it to my mechanic. He smoked tested my CAC and did not find a leak. He replaced my 2 sensors and Truck runs and pulls great..Be very wary of Mountain West Volvo.

On 6/15/2022 I had a bus of mine towed here to get fixed, 2009 Prevost H3-45 with Volvo engine. The bus wouldn’t Re-gen and was in derate mode. They ended up replacing a sensor on the DPF system and got it to Regenerate but they said after road testing it that was throwing some codes and there computer said it needs a new turbo. Total cost for replacing the turbo was $9k. I paid them for replacing the sensor and doing all the diagnostic work and had the bus towed back to Las Vegas. Once I got the bus back we started it up and there was no check engine lights on so we took it for a road test with no problems. The bus is actually out working today with the same turbo on it with no issues. So at the end of the day they did fix my bus by replacing that sensor, But Casey and Mountain West Truck Center tried to screw me out of $9,000.00 for a turbo that I didn’t need. I would highly recommend finding someone else to work on your Trucks or Buses.

The best and honest shop i ever seen they took my truck Monday and it was ready Thursday morning .They change the clutch for two days and charge me half of the price that they quote me before start work on it .A big thank you to Casey . It’s 10 star repair shop.

Excellent Service! I’m not a dealership person normally but I’m sold. Casey and his team in service a great! Fast, efficient and very reasonably priced. I’ve always felt well informed before repairs are made and not pushed into unnecessary repairs. I’m buying another truck and based on the service here plan on buying a Mack or Volvo specifically to stay with service from Mountain West in St. George.

They aren't real good at sending ALL the parts needed to do a repair. Gaskets ARE A BIG PART OF AN ASSEMBLY.

Amazing stuff, very professional and doing a great job. I check in at 8am when they opened and they did diagnostics in about an hour, replaced injector and some sensors, did a force regen as well. I was out at 11:30. Warranty covered everything! Thank you!
