MPG corrected a poor job done by a different shop. I felt taken advantage of by the other place but I feel safer now that Willie and his other mechanic fixed the issue. Will be coming back for future issues. Also glad they accept Apple Pay cos that’s all I have 🙏🏼

i'm not a customer, i'm a employee from autozone autoparts and i am deliver parts and i get the parts orders for mpg miles per gallon tire and auto, i'm new in this autozone store i have around two weeks working for autozone, I am terrified and distraught that they will fire me because of the situation that manager Willie Barraza is creating at my autozone location, because manager Willie Barraza always complains about everything even when it is his own fault, he always orders parts through from the autozone website but on several occasions he has ordered the wrong spare parts or parts and he blames us for sending him the wrong parts and starts yelling and insulting us and then threatens to call the district manager and tell him that we provide him with a service its terrible and we don't help, plus he lies saying that it took us too long to get the parts, also if we have to pick up a part or spare part at another autozone location or if we send the order to other autozone location to be taken from that store to the mpg shop. the manager Willie Barraza calls that store and rushes them and yells at them to bring his parts quickly, and even when we get to the mpg auto service shop the manager opens the car doors for us even when they are still in drive and yells at us that Lets give him his parts and he will call the district manager to tell him that we are giving him terrible service, we are afraid that they will fire us because the district manager and the territorial sales manager only believe him what he says and they never believe us about of the mistreatment and threats we suffered from manager Willie Barraza.

THIEVES! MY SON GOT ROBBED ! This place is the worst of the worst . My son took in his car for overheating and they didn’t even replace the oring. They just did a jale chicano and charged him 200 and told him he needed to replace the hoses and they would charge him $1,000. If that’s not overpriced I don’t know how these ridiculous people stay in business. I took my sons car to a real mechanic and he was charged $50 to replace the oring. Businesses like this are just robbing the community and should not be in business. If you want to have more problems with you car bring it to this shady mechanics. There are still good mechanics out there. Don’t give these thieves the time of day.

I highly recommended MPG Automotive!!! The Manager, Danny, is super friendly and helpful! The mechanic, Omar, was also super nice and extremely knowledgeable! They are honest and affordable. I cannot say enough great things about this place and their employees! My family and I will definitely be returning for all of our car care needs! 8/10/2022 I took the used car I just bought to MPG Automotive because the car was super bouncy and I knew it needed something fixed with the suspension. I explained what was happening to the manager, Chris. He was extremely nice and helpful! He had one of his guys drive my car to see what I was talking about and he knew right away what needed to be done! They lifted my car and physically showed me everything that was wrong and needed to be replaced. They do not try to scam you at all!! They are very honest and tell you what repairs are most important and what repairs can wait a bit. The mechanic, Jose was also so kind and knowledgeable. I knew my car was in good hands. If that wasn’t enough to convince you to go there, Chris also called an Uber for me to go home and again to take me back to pick up my vehicle when it was completed. They paid for both rides. I continue to refer family and friends there and I will never go anywhere else!

I was going to Walmart before and I found their service was not professional.i was sent out on a vehicle of mine of a Toyota year 91 .they said that in their computer they had no information on my oil change.so I was sent off..I stopped by at MPG and Chris Miranda was very helpful on my vehicle. Mr Miranda was professional and caring.Mr Miranda helped me with all my questions and I have made a decision to always take my vehicle to MPG. thank you Alfredo Marco

OMG this auto shop is the absolute best. Everyone was very professional and attentive. Not once did Chris the manager make me feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a woman. Reasonable prices friendly service I am definitely coming back for all my automotive needs. MPG TIRE & AUTO IS THE BEST!!!

Horrible service! They gouge you for money only to send you around town to different locations, the management (Willie and Chris) all point fingers at each other. My issue still is unresolved even though I have a lifetime warranty for the part. They've charged me for services that were unneeded! Don't get roped into coming here. Go anywhere else.
