I can not recommend them enough! Peter was amazing to work with and went above and beyond. He was very sweet and incredibly helpful through the entire process. I loved getting text updates almost daily about the process and I was constantly updated on when my car was going to be ready. My car looks perfect!

What incredible customer service. I was recently was behind an 18 wheeler when they had a blow out and the tire hit the front of my car causing damage to my front bumper and side skirt. I called multiple collision businesses and none of them could work me in to get it looked at or even give me detailed information about the possible extent of the work that needed to be done. I called Mr Cool and James Willett answered and was very knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. He told me to swing by that day and they would take a look at it. Upon arrival James greeted me and remembered our conversation. He immediately brought my car into the garage and it was fixed within minutes. It was so nice to have that stress lifted and knew that I was in great care during every part of the interaction. Highly recommend Mr Cool if you have any body work that needs to be done!

Great experience overall! The staff was super helpful throughout the whole process & went above and beyond to take care of my car. James was very attentive and went out of his way to make sure I had the best experience. The car looks excellent as well & they even took care of a few extra cosmetic things for me.

Absolute 10/10. I went to Mr Cool for some minor damage and they handled everything from the insurance to coordinating the rental. I barely had to lift a finger, their summer service was excellent. The work looks great and they did a GREAT job cleaning inside and out of my car.

Mr. Cool Collision is THE BEST!!!!! Peter was so unbelievably helpful throughout this entire process and made what should be an extremely stressful situation tolerable (+ my car looks amazing). I’m so grateful for all of the amazing people at Mr. Cool and cannot recommend them enough! (fyi: the color of my car hasn’t changed, the lighting is just funky in those pictures)

Mr. Cool's Collision is a great body shop! They got the special blue color on my car spot on, and offer a lifetime warranty on all of their work. James Willett was especially helpful - he's a great guy and knows his stuff! You can feel how he genuinely cares about his customers and work.

They fixed my wife’s car and the mirror was not in so they let her have the car back without the mirror being fixed. After calling several times about the mirror we heard several excuses like the guy was going to look for it in the warehouse, to we don’t know what you are talking about. If you use them DO NOT sign until the complete job is done. Beware!!!

The owner is a shyster he will tell u anything for his benefit. I hade a vehicle total repaired and painted. We both agreed on a price and not to use used parts. Went to check on vehicle and he was using used parts. I asked the tech why he was using used parts he said that’s what James wanted and after they paint it no one will know. Went to pick it up and guess what this crook wanted more money. Help anyone that goes to his shop . I asked him for a written estimate on what we Agreed on but he said he would email, never received any estimate or any email .Always get a written estimate crooks like him love that u don’t have one then your word is worthless .Also his warranty is useless unless u have it in writing. He has been taught well on how the hustle works and uses it very well. Be careful with him not trustworthy and always get it in writing.

Mr Cool’s collision center SHOWED OUT on my car y’all they made my car look brand new inside & out!! Not only did they detail my car on the inside (which I have NEVER had a body shop do after they were done working on my car) but they also put gas in my car (almost filled it up)!! They also kept me updated and answered any questions promptly. They definitely did their big one & would recommend this shop to ANYBODY! My whole passenger side front side/bumper was damaged from a wreck & my driver side door wouldn’t even close. I couldn’t be happier with the results

Mr. Cool was great! They took care of me quickly. The guys up front were nice and funny, had a good sense of music, and made me feel well taken care of. Mr. Cool went above and beyond by vacuuming out my car. My repair was done well. I’d choose this body shop again and again!

Highly Recommend! Brought a car in with graffiti painted on the hood and they were able to get me right in and remove it completely. AND they did not even charge me! Another shop gave me an estimate of $1,200 to repaint the hood. I will be bringing all my vehicles here in the future. Exceptional repair shop!

By far the best body shop around! These guys go above and beyond to ensure you the customer are 100% satisfied. Due to unfortunate events they have now done body/paint repairs to my one year old Chevy blazer TWICE now and both times have been wonderful experiences. Peter is always so helpful and kind. All the guys are truly amazing! If you are looking for honest, efficient repair time and quality top notch repairs to your vehicle look no further.

I had a minor fender bender and thought it would cost several hundred dollars to repair it. I took my car to Mr. Cool. The appraiser looked at it, went in the garage, came back with a rug with some rubbing compound, and wiped off all the scratches. Mr Cool has a faithful customer for life!

Mr. Cool is THE BEST. I had an unfortunate incident involving a raccoon and due to my insurance being painfully slow my car ended up sitting at Mr. Cool for over a month. Once my insurance finally got their act together, the people at Mr. Cool were so incredibly kind and told me they'd get my car finished as quickly as they could – they had it back to me in just a few days! Not only was it in pristine condition, they fully cleaned the inside and it's like a whole new vehicle. I'll never take my car to anyone else. Thank you!

My husband and I's truck was sadly the victim of a hit and run. The fellas at Mr. Cool were so helpful to us! Using our Geico insurance with them was a breeze. They were so kind to go above and beyond to make sure we felt good about the repairs they did. Highly recommend them!

The best body shop I have ever had work done at, BY FAR. They were very welcoming and professional, from start to finish. They dealt with the insurance, and rental car for me. All I had to do was drop the truck off, and pick it back up. They even finished a couple days earlier than I expected. They went above and beyond. Not only was I pleased with the work they did to the exterior of my vehicle, they even detailed the interior! Their work represents itself. I would recommend this body shop to everyone!

I cannot give them more than 5 stars or I would. Let me tell you guys about this place.. more specifically, Peter. This time last year, my old car was totaled in a deer accident and they didn't actually get to work on it, but Peter was so helpful til the end. Last month, somebody keyed my brand new car after failing to break in. I was so upset. I called Peter and instantly, he remembered me and assured I would be taken care of. I set my date to bring it in, he had my rental pick me up, I have received updates both from Peter AND their text system letting me know what is going on. Oh, and he loves my dog Rocco and was nice to him too. I got my car back today and couldn't believe how well they matched my red. AND they detailed my entire car for me. Felt like a million bucks. Whatever you do, don't stop this quality of service. It is seriously the best. Should negative circumstances ever lead me back to a body shop, these guys have my business for life.

This place is FANTASTIC! They kept me informed of their progress by text message while they had the car. You can’t tell it ever had a moderate dent and because they detailed the car inside and out before I picked it up it looked like a brand new car - even though it’s 10 years old. I actually didn’t recognize it at first. The guys are totally professional and super nice. Now that I know about them I would definitely use them if ever I need body work again.
