Terrible service. My brother took his car to this shop and they broke 5 studs! Trying to claim the studs were already “rusted”. Studs don’t rust out I’ve been a technician for 9 years now and it’s one thing when the lug nut is siezed on the stud but never ever it being rusted out and breaking while installation. The only way for to break a stud the way they’re broken right now is to put the lug nut in the socket and replace immediately hammering it onto the stud. I know this because I’ve done this before. This is terrible service and I’m going to do everything in my power for them to take responsibility

Great experience with Mr.Goma tires quick and efficient! Renzo helped by keeping me in the loop of everything and gave me an accurate time as to when my car would be ready! Would come to them again for my tire needs.

After getting an incorrect tire installed on my car at this location I went back two days later and James and Renzo were absolutely amazing they acknowledged the mistake done by another staff member and immediately went out of their way to make sure I got a run flat tire installed and fixed the previous mistake. They totally made my anger for the mistake go away with their exceptional customer service and charismatic personality. I was able to return my lease with no more problems and on time. I will definitely recommend this location to other people and send them to this two guys by name. I hope James and Renzo get recognized by their superiors for the outstanding customer service they provide.

Horrible and unprofessional attitude. Deserves 0 stars. It's unfortunate that the owner has to pay the consequence for a worker who has no regard for the shop. The owner had given me a price to change 2 tires. He left the shop and left his worker there to do the job and once he went to charge me he tacked on an extra $25 for a total of $95 to install two tires!! . I told him that the owner had given me a certain price, and he replied to me saying "no that that was the price" and so I said well call your boss and tell him because I'm not paying that. That's not what was agreed upon. He proceeds to change the price because he did not want to call the boss. And then when I tell him that tire kingdom charges $26.99 per tire, he replies "well you should have gone there to do business", and the owner probably gave you that price because you argued about the price or something. I did not negotiate the price for a petty tire change and even if I had and you agree to a price, doesn't give you the right to charge a totally different price after. You need to train your staff to be more professional and have better business practices........

You don't expect great Customer Service from a Tire Shop, but we just had a great experience. Great price, fast and awesome service, manager was very attentive and personable. Always kept us up to the minute on our service and all with a smile and a thumbs up! Thumbs up to you sir!! I'm sorry I forgot your name, but I'm going back to bring them coffee and donuts tomorrow and I will update this post!!

Be careful with this place I got my tires saved about 100 and change and as soon as I left the place got in the highway and got into an accident. The tires were not installed properly and were low quality tires. They hire people that are not qualified to install tires, cheap labor. You will pay for it later.

Why bother being open on Sunday if you're going to turn away a customer an hour before closing? Multiple lost sales there cuz I will not come back to this location for any work.
