A family member recommended me this tire shop since the old one I used to go to closed down and i had high hopes due to the high reviews here. First off, the staff there are rude and unprofessional, and they have an air of arrogance to them that makes even asking them a question about my problem feel like an inconvenience. You certainly don't feel welcomed or respected there. On top of this, there isn't a real structure in there where they keep tabs on who's turn is it, and they'll gladly skip over you if you aren't on top of it even though they took over 2 hours for my turn. Oh and they also don't accept credit cards which is a bigger inconvenience. Overall The mechanics there were rude and disrespectful towards me, and there was no respect for one's time. I don't recommend going here if you value your time and have any self respect.

I was in need of a tire and this shop is the only place opened on Sundays, the guys were very helpful and professional, they even had the size of tire I needed. I would definitely recommend them for all your tire needs, from used & new tires, tire plugs, mount and balance and even tire rotation.

Please please please do not come here. Bunch of drunks working here and literally talking instead of working. I was standing under the sun for over 20 min waiting for the person who had my tire to stop talking and work on it. Absolutely terrible service. Over an hour for a nail in my tire. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This has been my go to tire place for many years. The many times I’ve been here, the customer service has remained professional. The last time I came, they had already closed but were courteous enough to open up and help me with a nail in my tire. They worked as a team, they also have the best prices. I am sitting here writing this review as they fix another one of my tires. Thank you Mr. Kool and team!

Took long with the service, and after hours if waiting they flat out skipped me over to attend the next person in line even though I was keeping track of the queue which they did not. Rude and indifferent staff, I won't be coming again due to the lack of quality service.
