I have taken my car to Mr Kools on several occasions. At each visit, I was taken care of by Luis. He is such a incredibly kind and knowledgeable young man. He is very honest and communicates with you as your car is being repaired. He is very dedicated and treats his customer with warmth and respect. The only person I trust with my car is Luis and Mr.Kool.

I initially took my car to another shop and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with my car . So I took it to Mr Kools on Hoover and Slauson . They resolved my issue in a professional and timely manner and a very decent price!!! They guys are friendly , honest and very helpful. Very satisfied with my experience

They over charged me and used my car for their personal use, I was there about 4 months ago for a diagnostic and the fat guy on the front desk drove my car with another worker and came back just to bring their van. They charged me over 600 for spark plugs wich didn't even last 6 months.

Took my car to a different mechanic and as soon as I left my breaks were squeaking. Didn’t trust that place anymore they didn’t do anything to fix them. My sister recommended me Luis and I brought my car in. He gave me a price was very helpful. Changed my breaks and they did an amazing job. 10/10

I started goin to Mr. Kool’s Auto, following my daughter, who searches and seeks out what’s best for her, in certain situations. One particular her first bought car, she came in for an oil change I believe. Was so satisfied with the service she referred me. Myself and her have been goin to Mr. Kool’s ever since, if needed. Please believe they will get you right, if not, come back, but I doubt it. Thank you Luis and your staff, for always being so kind and approachable at all times. I really appreciate the honesty, prices, service and all around, great Business you guys run. This photo was not takin in Mr.Kool’s shop, but this is one of the vehicles they kept right for me. Never went back for the same job to be done over..

This business deserves every dollar they receive. They gave me the best option to fix my ac and it wasn’t even half what I expected or was previously estimated by other mechanics. Really informative as well they don’t just take your money they explain what it’s actually paying for. I love it here !!!

Wonderful and magical. Luis is a great guy who fixed my AC for a really fair price and did it quickly. I don't live in LA, but if I ever get stuck in the city with car trouble in the future, I will definitely be going back! Thanks Mr Kool!

Came here to get my ac fixed and paid over $400 just for it to stop working days later and gave me an even more higher price to fix it never again !

Careful going here. They’re going to tell you everything is wrong with you’re AC when all it needs is to get recharged with AC refrigerant & just so they can charge u a fortune.

This place overcharges women for services! I initially like Luis who helped me with my breaks in the past. They charged me about $600 which i thought was ridiculous but they were paid through a non profit so I didn't complain. I tried to ask him about another issue that I wanted to pay for myself and he gave me a labor price that was over $100 more than every other shop I called. I even checked Google for the price of a valve cover replacement and it said the max was $220... he quoted me $375 just for labor! This place tries to get over on anyone they think they can get over on so BEWARE!
