My family and I originally went in for an inspection (which was conveniently quick and efficient) and then we inquired about a repair. Mr. Mike was about to get some quotes on the spot and there was a quick turnaround on part delivery. His prices were competitive, yet affordable. We went through with the repair—it was done with great care and quality. Our car is running like new again! I definitely recommend Mr.Mechanic. We’ll be back and we will make sure to share the recommendation with friends and family.

I've called them in a panic 5min before closing, and they helped me figure out what was wrong and so I could fix it myself. I came in with my next issue, and they fixed it and even checked out my DIY fix. Then today, I had my car fixed and ready to go earlier than expected. Mike and his whole staff are definitely professionals who will get the job done right.

I finally found an auto mechanic that I can trust! The office is kept clean & cold with candles for a pleasant smell! The staff is respectful & attentive to your problems and concerns. Mike was a great listener and truly cares about his customers. If you like being appreciated and not just another “J O B” then this is the place! I needed front end suspension work. They actually took me to the back and showed me exactly what was going on🤯. They walked me thru the invoice and said it would take about 3 hours!🤯(Again) With all the work I needed on a Friday? I was out in 2.5 hours and my truck feels like it is brand new! I really appreciated this place, the kindness and the hard-work!!! If you need someone you can trust, don’t just take my word for it. Come on and give them a visit! Your vehicle will thank you!

My First time here and I was very impressed. Several things that I noticed. They have great customer service. Mike will answer any questions you have about your car. I also appreciate how Mike and his staff were able to find the issue to my car and guide me to resolve it. Everyone at the shop were friendly and pro active when a customer arrived. They were definitely fast to fix this issue. After today this will be the place to bring my car. I’ll recommend to anyone in SA!

I asked the Lord, help me find an honest repair shop we can start taking our vehicle to. In doing research the same morning on December 15, 2023, I came across "Mr. Mechanic", read results and noticed these customers were happy with the work done. I drove their and spoke to Diana at the desk and the owner. I explained I needed a front wheel alignment and tires. Which route should I go? Owner explained it and it was believable, and I felt good about this. The tires were ordered, they reached out to me and I drove back and the work was completed in a timely manner. First time using Mr. Mechanic. Check engine light came on. Completed the diagnostic, they made the fix and out of there in a little over an hour. Great service! Will definitely keep them in mind for any of my future auto repair needs.

I brought my Nissan Altima in and I thought I knew for sure what was wrong with it. Boy did I learn I need to make sure when I check the fluids on my car to tighten everything down. The staff here is super friendly and helpful. They are honest and I have plans on bringing my car back.
