Ordered tires and installation through Amazon. My appointment was set for 9-10am for 12/21. Amazon said a tech would reach out to me within at least 6 hours with details. Never heard from them. I arrive at 9:05. I was told “I see your appointment I just have to wait for someone to get here”. She also told me that they don’t get paid when people order services through Amazon and that she wishes they didn’t have to do it but they do. Like am I supposed to feel guilty about this? That’s between Mr. Tire and Amazon. I don’t need to hear all of that. Service took about an hour and a half. When it was done, the girl walked over to me and handed me my key. I asked if I get a receipt or anything? She said “nah cuz you ordered through Amazon”. The girl I dealt with unprofessional. She acted like she was being inconvenienced by having to do her job. Whatever deal Mr. Tire has going on with Amazon is not my problem. I’m a paying customer who got treated like I was looking for a hand out. Tire installation seems fine so that’s why I’m giving 2 stars. I would not recommend coming here.

Please don’t go to this Mr. Tire! I took my daughter’s car in for a routine alignment. The Mechanic completed the Alignment then call me and said that it needed a passenger side assembly replacement on my tire and the price would be 500 plus taxes and I shouldn’t drive the car of the lot. I told him that the car came in just fine and I would be towing it to my Mechanic. I had the car towed to my Mechanic and he informed me that there was nothing wrong with the car at all!!! These guys are scam artist! They are going to over Charger for services and maybe even try to sabotage your car in order to repair it. Buyer, beware!!!

The manager was very rude as soon as I walked into the store and then told to do part of her job by walking back to the car to get the tag number oh and she was sleeping on the job too.

They were worst on dealing with customer and they tried to charge me $60 just to patch a tire where every other place charge just $20. Insane!!! Don’t recommend this place at alll!!!!

I had a horrible experience. They did not install my wiper blades properly and they are worse than they were when I arrived. The cap to the antifreeze is missing and the antifreeze is empty. The woman at the desk was no help.

Only people I’ve ever had work on my 14 year old car outside of warranty. Over 11 years now. Had an appointment at 1 yesterday because my car was leaking something. I call Al, the manager, back at 5:30pm, “am I getting my car tonight or do you need more time.” We need more time was the answer. OK, I’ll leave it over night. I call them at 11:30an next day. Today’s manager doesn’t know about me and calls yesterday’s manager. Doesn’t call me back. I call back 30 min later, she says the manager wants to talk to me, but he’s out today, so he’ll call me tomorrow. He didn’t leave her any instructions to do anything with my car today. So, now I’m without a car for 3 days. Fine I’m done. I’ll take it to the dealer. Pick it up, take it over there. In addition to their incompetence, they’re liars…they told me I need new tires, they are between 3 & 4. Toyota says, no, they are almost all 5’s with a couple 4’s can easily wait til spring. Are they under new management at this location? I’ve never had a problem before.

The best tire center around. Every time I go in there they are so helpful and always go go extra mile to help out the customer. Ryan the manager is awesome and extremely helpful. If you need tires or maintenence go here!!!

I always have confidence in Mr Tire handling my car maintenance issues. This is because they always find the specific problem that my car have at a given period. Once they fix it, the car is fixed and running well. They don't do gues work on my car. As a result, I am less likely to spend much money trying to put my vehicle in order.

If you rent a car with Hertz and you have to change tires or brakes, be prepared because this place takes all day, the staff that serves seems to not like their job and takes too long to do their job, they should change the staff because many hours are wasted waiting for jobs that could be done much faster, inefficient in all the staff

I’ve been using this location for years. Today was my last day. The customer service was beyond poor. The old staff would say good morning welcome to Mr tire. The quality was great. The service was great. I came in for a patch and Looking for new tires. They use to walk out to your car and get the the info required. Today I’m told I have to get the info as they sat down. Asked about the free alignment promotion and the brands. It seemed like I was bothering to ask. Sorry aren’t the staff suppose to have knowledge and answers to products you buy. I will be taking our 3 vehicles to another business. This place really misses Jim. Sometimes you can just tell when a place is going downhill. Don’t go!

They are ok for oil changes but that is all. $51 to change a brake light bulb. Took car 3 times in 2 weeks for a tire losing air and they said there was no problem, obviously there was and I needed a new tire. $3500 for work done and caused another large expensive problem in the process, knew it, and said "oh well, things happen", Obviously I went somewhere else and would tell everyone to stay away from there. Corporate office no better, don't take calls and NEVER return calls when you leave a message. Terrible company!

Would give 0 stars if I could. I took my car there for a catalytic converter replacement. After I got I back the car was never the same it had almost no pickup. So we took it back and they said they diagnosed it and it was the breaks. I knew it wasn't the breaks but If a mechanic says you have bad breaks you aren't going to keep driving the car. So they replaced the break and I still had the same problems. They told me to bring it back I was not comfortable with that. We found a new mechanic ( RCS auto Rosedale) who fixed it up and let us know whoever last worked on the car (mr. Tire) installed the wrong part and that's what caused the issues. So now I'm left with the charges for Mr. Tires faulty work new breaks I didn't need and the charges to fix the damages. All together over 3k. I'm not in a financial position for that. This company is extremely hard to deal with I'm in the process fighting the charges they will not budge even though they are clearly at fault for at the very least for the breaks. Even with the better business bureau involved nothing. Please don't trust them with car or money you will regret it.

No Stars and a lot of pain & suffering here since Jimmy & Mark left. We have been taking our cars all 4 here for 10+ years. August of 2023 I took my daughter's car in for repairs. Wrong parts were installed and major engine issues occured. I brought the car back because of a noise in the front, I could clearly hear the sound coming from the engine. I was called back by "Manager"named Tayvon, I couldn't understand what he was saying and he didn't know what he was talking about. He said, "We did a diagontic and did not find anything wrong with your car. The REAR brakes & rotors need to be replaced." I responded, "Are you sure?, the noise was coming from the front engine?? He replied, "yes, we did a brake diagnostic". When I picked up my car they did the FRONT brakes??? Also, there was still the engine noise. I called him, as I was driving away because I could still hear the noise in the engine. He said, "oh well, if you drive it home and the noise id still there call me" I drove the car home, now there was oil leaking everywhere and I called him. He said, "bring it in Monday" Are you kidding me???? I was not going to bring my car back clearly they had NO IDEA what they were doing or talkling about. I proceeded to bring the car to a trusted mechanic, that I was referred to RCS Automotive Middle River, Ryan is a genius, knows cars inside and out. Shows me parts, pictures, explains the issue like a car craftman!! He told me that the wrong part was installed in August by Mr. Tire when they went to do my Catalytic Converter and caused a vaccum to the engine and a valve got sucked into the manifold and did 3K woth of damage. Not to mention that my brakes & rotors that Mr. "repaired" are sqeaking because Ryan told me that Mr. Tire used very cheap parts. SAVE YOUR MIND & YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE EVER!!!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY The case continues DO NOT USE MR.TIRE or MUNRO for ANY SERVICES this COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT LOYAL PAYING CUSTOMERS. VERY DANGEROUS MY DAUGHTER COULD HAVE BEEN SERIOUSLY INJURED BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE!!
