The team at Mr. Tire were amazing. We had our car in for tires and then the battery died after we left the service center. They actually came out to us and quickly changed the battery, and we were on our way. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone! Thank you.

Do Not go to the Mercantile Rd location. I had a groupon and ended up paying $40 extra which made it not a deal but the same price anywhere else--a gimmick. They had my car for 5 hours and no rush to finish it. Terrible!

Called got an oil change right away fast friendly I was even one of those cust. That added a tire rotation last min. And they were great about it I usually go to ntb but they said there not doing oil changes this weekend we'll guess what ntb I'm just gonna go to mr.tire from now on

Stephanie was very pleasant to work with. She explained everything to me thoroughly and gave me some good tips of what to look for with my tires. She also let me know the next time that I may need to come back and what kind of work may need to be done. Today I had my front right axle replaced. she was able to get my car finished up within 2.5 hours. Dealing with Stephanie took off a lot of stress, so thank you!

This place is very unprofessional. Set an appointment for a minor service all things considered. Dropped my car off at the required time (morning appointment), and then they didn't touch my car for 8 hours. I called at the time it was supposed to be ready (5pm) only to told it was the next car to be brought into a bay. I complained on the phone and was told a manager would take care of it. Still no call so just drove by to see what was going on. No manager had looked at my bill. Asked to speak to a manager, and the manager purposely avoided talking to me. Don't use this location, there are more professional places in the area that deserve your money.

Appointment was at 930am. It is now 1230pm and im still sitting here waiting. All that was needed to be done was a simple tire change. The lady said the wheels centercap was hard for them to get off, but they did it and now they're changing the tires. That was an hour ago. Slowest service ever. The reception lady was kind, but there is a sever lack of urgency. I wont be coming back here if I have tire issues.

Excellent shop! They properly diagnosed and fixed the fuel system issues with my 2016 Fusion. They were very polite and friendly. I would absolutely go to them again without hesitation.

Needed a tire repair, made appointment over the phone, came in 10 minutes early. Took 1 hour to tell me that the treads are too low, and they couldn't do anything, something I feel like they could have checked before they took my keys. They didn't charge, but the repair would have cost around $60 which is double what I paid at Jiffy Lube a year ago for a different tire repair on the same car; that repair took around 15 minutes on a walk-in. I asked why my hood was popped if they weren't doing any work on it and they said because they are required to check the air filter, probably to upsell you on a replacement part that I promise you can handle replacing yourself. At least the bathroom was clean in the waiting room.

Slow leak in my tire while traveling from NJ to Va and found the Mr Tire #1179. Spent $60 bucks for them to BS patch it that last two more exits down the road. A REAL HONEST MECHANIC banged out the bent rim and plugged my tire for $25. Said the Mr Tire tech used some sort of silicone crap to haphazardly repair the tire. Mr Tire gave me a laundry list of issues and death sentence for the bent rim.

The Mr. Tire location on Mercantile rd. I White Marsh is where I've taken my vehicle(s) for years! I've always gotten courteous & complete service! They are informative ans fast, I drive away very satisfied, I'm never happy about price but I do understand the world of automobile repair & they've always seemed to be fair.

Very poor experience, 2 and a half hour wait for just an oil change, the plastic cover underneath my car wasn't properly put back it now drags the ground ,they tired up selling me things I didn't need because of a holiday deal over all terrible place for service.

After receiving conflicting information about services that were required for the used vehicle I recently purchased, I decided to call this Mr. Tire location. Steph assisted me. They performed troubleshooting and identified the legitimate issues. Another service center inflated my estimate, but these folks were honest and operated with integrity. This is rare in 2024, and I will return here to have my vehicle serviced in the future. The price was fair, service was quick and the team was professional. I recommend them highly.

I realized that I had a nail in my tire less than 2 hours before closing time! Charles attended to me as soon as I came in and fixed my problem quickly! I had plans that were about to be interrupted due to my tire issue. But thankfully, I was able to continue with my original plans. I could not have asked for a better experience under the circumstances.

Yeah I agree that this place is rip off. They change one of my tire and lug nuts and charged me $800 . Too much extra charges… I just paid cuz I need to go to work next day. Never coming back to this location.

Ended up taking truck there for a flat tire to be plugged. They plugged it but didn't think it was holding air. Turns out it did hold air. Tested the tire for the next week and it stayed at 35psi. Trusting their word I told them I'd rude around on the spare. I installed it myself today. Rode on I95 and the tire is now shaking. They never balanced it.. Now I need to pay someone else to balance it. Job not complete, but they charged $60.for the full job. Not too happy.

I just wanted to say thank you for amazing service in a time of need by the Mr. Tire team at Whitemarsh Maryland. I was on my way to visit family Wilmington, Delaware when suddenly, my right front tire pressure plummeted. Fortunately they were right off the next exit on 95 north. Assistant Manager Stephanie Tryhubenko and her team took me in with open arms. They assessed and repaired the tire and had me rolling again within 60 minutes. I’m sure it’s not always possible to have that kind of turnaround, but I just wanted to give praise and gratitude where it is due! This team rocks, and you made a difference in many lives today.

We are from out of state and staying at the motel near Mr Tire, well someone tried stealing the catalytic converter from the car. We took it in. They checked it out, found the problem, told us what had happened fixed the car within a day. Great customer service and great work. They didn’t over charge and all around great place!

Tire patch instead of plug expensive but worth it with rebalancing. $400 for front brakes when able to turn rotors is outrageous. Charged $80 to turn each rotor not set. $120 for $50 pads from Napa where they are delivered from more than double mark up. Website states brakes starting at $159 not sure how when rotor turn alone is $160. No complaints about shop time hours and fees while I don’t like them I understand now standard.
