I was already out here for a check where I got some suspension work done. I decided to get tires but the price was so high. He advised me to come back on Monday when they would have the cheaper tires. The cost would be $300 less! I drove an hour and a half and got there about 5:15 pm. The manager asked me what I needed and when I told him tires he explained that his tech was leaving and he couldn't fit me in. I explained how long I drove and why I came back and he basically told me he couldn't help me. They were supposed to be open until 7. I understand that his tech couldn't work anymore, but his attitude was horrible. He couldn't be bothered or care less. Perhaps this was a blessing in disguise and I will have a better experience somewhere else.

This is one of the most professional and kind tire shops in the area! Not only did the gentlemen help me with my budget but he went out of his way to keep me informed and provide as much information as possible to make my informed decision and went out to pick up tires they didn't have in their location. If you need tires, please give this location a try, I know you will be treated as an A+ customer.

The staff at this location were very piss poor. Both the guy working on the cars and the guy at the front desk attitude and demeanor was very unwelcoming. They both acted as if they hated their jobs and were uninterested in serving me. The negative energy was so loud and noticeable that I decided to leave and get serviced at another location, which I had no issues with. Overall, very poor experience. Rating= 0 stars

I like this location because it is very close to my house. I would’ve rated it five stars but for my just being a few minutes late and not being served Friday evening. The desk attendant was due to his word and gave me an appointment for Saturday morning, first thing, I would also add another star the shop go back to vacuum your car after the service.

I've dealt with Mr. Tire when I was renting cars through Uber/Lyft. No issues. Chris was always on great help. Dewayne was pleasant up until 8/21. I brought my personal vehicle in to be serviced. I had an 8 am appointment. At the time of drop off, the location was not busy. There was 1 gentleman ahead of me. When it was my turn, I was nicely greeted by Dewayne. Told him what I was there for, simple oil change. He told me to give him a minute because the computer was giving him some troubles. He then asked for my information. As he continued on the computer, I mentioned to him that I was using a maintenance voucher through SilverRock. His whole attitude completely changed. He practically scorned me because I did not inform him, I'm guessing sooner than I did, letting him know I had a maintenance voucher. I was taken back by how quickly his whole demeanor changed as if I did something wrong. I even apologized for not letting him know sooner. He called around 10:30, letting me know my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, the lot was completely empty. Besides an abandoned car. Then there was my car parked practically on the sidewalk. When I asked Dewayne why was my car parked the way it was, he said it was busy and that was the only parking space available. I find that very hard to believe. It was about 1:40 when I picked up my vehicle. Maybe Dewayne was having a bad day but I will not be returning to this Mr. Tire location. I can see if I waited until my oil change was done and then informed him of the maintenance voucher but I him know during the registration process. So I'm not sure what the issue was.

This was the best oil change and tire rotation that I have ever had. I have been driving for 35 years, I wish everyone could experience the great customer service, just as I did at Mr. Tire.

I was just at Harford Rd 21234 Mr.Tire . The mgr. Dewayne (I think) was just the nicest person u cld ever meet. The mechanic Jeremy was fabulous,polite and very work oriented. He took good care of Betsy(my car).Will definitely spread the word on my awesome visit.

The guy told me i needed tires and said that was the reason he could not do my alignment. I wasted my time there. The guy was lazy to me and just didn’t want to do and advise I should get tires. I took my car to FORD and they advised my tires were still good for another 3 months and provided the alignment. The guy at front desk was not very friendly and just made me not ever want to come to that Mr. Tire. I miss the old guy that use to work there. The staff is too lazy for me and not friendly

First Off I Wish Zero Stars Was An Option! The unprofessionalism Of The Cornrow Braids Wearing Manager is beyond me ! I made an appointment for 5pm when the advertised closing time is 7pm and when I showed up the whole entire store was closed, lights off , no employees in site! I call the call center for them to tell me they called the store manager (Braids) and he can’t do the services the next day only some and I would have to come back next week for the rest. While finding another location to accommodate my services fully I sat in the parking lot and a small car parks and a man (Braids) gets out and comes and unlocks the door. I open the car door and say, “hey do you work here do you know why they close and I had a 5’o clock appointment” ? Braids turns around in an nonchalant demeanor with looked to be a slight irritation on his face and responded, “I told customer service I don’t have any techs after 4pm and I tried to called you”. Now my first issue is definitely have no calls from him or his office no note placed in any records of contact trying to be made. Second issue is how is it he has the attitude that I was forced to call customer service to get help with him closing his store early and not communicating that with the business or the sign on the door ! Third where is your communication with the internet to update your hours or to at least let Mr.Tire cooperate know that you don’t work after 4pm. Either way not the paying customers issue and we shouldn’t have to deal with The Attitude ! The inconsideration & inconvenience!!

I called ahead and they told me to come in. I waited 4 hours for a tire change. It’s Not the one mechanic that actually showed up to works fault but whoever spoke to me on the phone shouldn’t have told me to come knowing they were short staffed. The reason it’s 5 stars is they gave me a discount in exchange for a 5 star review so here we are.

Was scheduled for a Monday and when I arrived I was told they may not get to me today, even though the store was open for 5 more hours. When I came back the following Wednesday, the techs were late and I sat there for 4 hours waiting to get 4 tires installed. Terrible customer service and the employees were at each other necks the entire time. Will never go back!
