Went to have all 4 tires changed. They made lot of damage to the rim. All those were clearly fresh marks but they didn’t accept it as their fault. FYI Take a picture of the wheels before you drop off just to be sure they don’t blame it on you .

This facility is not professionally ran. First and foremost where is the manager? I come in at 8am for an appointment and there is 2 people in the waiting area sitting in the dark. Why? The lights didn’t come on until close to 9am. Again I had an appointment at 8am. The 2 customers that came in before me were completed which was not a problem. Now you tell me there was an oil change from yesterday that had to be completed. As I step outside the 1 and only mechanic sitting outside smoking and the oil change vehicle is sitting in the air like it’s been there all night not a bit of oil being drain as if there was an oil pan under it. The guy at the front counter proceeds to move my car in and put it in the air. Now 2 cars pull up with flat tires. He proceeds to check both of them in and start fixing the person who just pulled up tire. Again. I had an appointment for Mount and balance of 4 tires. My car is still sitting on the lift as the only 2 guys in the facility is checking out 2 other cars that just pulled up and now repaired the tire of guy who just pulled up and the other person left because they couldn’t service there car. Wait now a third person pulls up with a flat tire. Why do I have to go to the counter and say anything about my car and why am I waiting with an appointment clearly everyone else just pulled up and got serviced immediately. I came at 8am. It is now 10:05 exactly and I’m still waiting to get my car serviced as they are currently replacing a third person tire. There is no organization and because I made my purchase online thru a third party I have to wait. Very unprofessional

Groupon scam - tried to charge me an additional $50 at the register after already spending $70 on a Groupon oil change/tire rotation. It also took them 20 minutes just for them to enter my info & ring me up, despite me being the only customer in the store.

Review continued. Mr. Tire scammed me out of $1,300! I called corporate the following day and told the lady I spoke with what had happened. She seemed shocked at how everything was handled with me this far and assured me she would speak with someone to get me a refund for buying breaks that I didn’t need. I waited 3 days for a callback from her and left her a message on the fourth day and she finally got back to me the following week (yesterday). She said that she hasn’t made any progress because she can’t get hold of the manager from that store, and she also mentioned that everyone from that store is new. I told her I know they are new, and I told you that over the phone when first speaking to you. My confidence in this lady went from high to extremely low. She then told me that she would contact the district manager and call me back. After speaking with the district manager, the guest services lady told me that I would need to bring my car back in so that the new team could look at it and go from there. At this point, I was fuming. I explained to this incompetent lady that I had already brought it to the new team a couple of weeks ago and that’s who told me it was my front shocks. I told her I was not bringing my car in just for them to tell me they had already looked at it. I would semi-understand if the district manager wants me to bring my car back in if they are going to be there, but he or she AREN’T!!! This is the most ridiculous set of events and incapable group of people I’ve ever had to deal with. Mr. Tire scammed me out of $1,300! I will be taking this matter further with Mr. Tire because I won’t let them get away with this and have it happen to someone else.

The place was super welcoming and very convenient. I came in for a leaking tire and was about to be sent home with one but the lady did not give up and kept trying. She even called in another employees to help out so my bill would be cheaper. I didn't even need the $90 part they thought I needed just a small part of it for $10. They saved me money and time and were nice doing it. All at the end of their work day too so I'm happy they didn't rush it and make me pay more

We had the best experience at Mr. Tire yesterday! We were greeted in the parking lot by a an associate immediately. She came over and got down to check out my tire and discovered the problem right away. She encouraged my kids and I to go inside where it was cool and even let the kids pick a show to watch. The tire we needed wasn’t at the location, but they went to pick it up from another spot. The technician has the new tire on in less than 15 minutes. I couldn’t believe how easy the whole process was! Everyone was kind and pleasant. We have the roadside insurance and I can’t recommend it enough. We will continue to use this location.

Made appointment, showed up the day of but was told they didn’t have the tires we had discussed, had to come back another day. Lug nut fell off after the tires were installed luckily a neighbor saw it on the street and mentioned it to me. Got charged for tire warranty even though I had declined it, good thing I checked before I paid. I have purchased several sets of tires here but never again, this store has gone very downhill.

Terrible place and customer service. I ordered brand new tires 3 weeks ago paid in advance to get them put on and still have yet to put them on, they haven't let. Me pick them up to take them someplace else so they are still just sitting their everytime I call they never have our appointment in the system, so after almost a month my tires are still not put on or in my possession

I will not be returning. 1. I made my appointment via phone, when I got there apparently the person marked my visit for an oil change, I was there to get my tires changed. 2. The tires that I was told were in stock weren’t actually in stock so got a different brand that was more expensive. 3. The guy at the front desk was flirting with me, wanted to give me his phone number so we can go out.

$66 for a patch gtfoh way to expensive, I went to NTB tire& Battery for $24.99. I had a nail in my tire and was an hour away from home. I was in need but not desperate.

My experience at this location was great.I ordered my tires online from a company called Simple tire .The tires arrived in less than three days.A Mr.Tire associate(Natasha) reached out to me.Shelet me know my tires arrived and confirmed my appointment with me.The day of my appointment , Natasha assisted me in and out the door.She communicated with both customers and staff in a professional manner.I waited a fair amount of time.Natasha was both pleasant and attentive.I could not see her badge when she served me,so After my transaction was complete and I was given my keys I asked her who the manger was and she informed me she was I gave her two 👍👍 up out the door you go girl.She had things in order....Key for me communication .I'll be back.

11/24/23, I came to this Mr. Tire to get a nail removed from my tire since I'd purchased Road Hazard Protection from Mr. Tire back on 11/20/21 from the Mr. Tire located at 6332 Baltimore National Pike. You may ask why would I come to this location since I purchased the protection at another store? Answer: because when I went to the Mr. Tire at 6332 Baltimore National Pike to get the job done, I was told that they couldn't perform the service because they had no technicians working. Mind you, this was at 3:45 PM on a Saturday and the business wasn't scheduled to close until 7PM. Huge shout out to Marcus and the staff of Mr. Tire located at 5545 for fulfilling another store's service because they were prepared and ready.

My experience with this business was terrible. Over the weekend, I made an appointment online for Monday. The website offered for me to select an appointment time, and I selected between 1 and 7 PM because I planned to drop off my car after work. On Monday, I received a call from an associate, asking if I was coming to my 1 PM appointment. Surprised, I explained that I must have misunderstood the website scheduling and asked if I could drop off my car at 5 PM instead. The associate said it's better to make an early appointment in case we need to order a tire for you. I asked if I could reschedule for Wednesday instead. The associate said that was fine and we rescheduled my appointment for Wednesday at noon. I received a confirmation email that my appointment was on Wednesday from 1 to 7 PM. On Wednesday, I called in advance to confirm whether I should arrive at 12 or 1 PM since I received different information by phone and email. The associate said I should come at 1:30 PM if possible because the technician was running behind schedule. I explained I needed to come a little earlier because my husband would be picking me up at 1 PM. The associate said that was fine. We arrived to drop off my car at 12:45 PM. The associate then notified me that the technician needed to leave unexpectedly and wouldn't be able to work on my car until Friday. I understand that life happens, but this experience was fraught with needless confusion and miscommunication over scheduling long before the last minute cancellation. As a result, I will not be returning to this location and I do not recommend this business.
