I went here to get an oil change after purchasing my Groupon online on jan10th. I was told by the guy at the front desk that he could not do a oil change on my car because it didn’t have a dipstick and he referred me to go to Jiffy Lube, which I already purchased a Groupon for Mr. tire so that didn’t make any sense. So I went online to Groupon, which was on the 13th to get a refund and it said that I was three days past the deadline of getting a refund which was three days on the 13th . So I called around to find another Mr. tire because if not I would have been out of money for a Groupon that was already paid for. I called Mr tire at 7700 Harford rd I spoke with a guy on the phone and ask him do they do oil changes on my car and he stated yes so once I got there, I ask the guy at the desk can I speak to the guy I spoke to on the phone and he said no one is here by that name I don’t know who you’re talking about aggressively, Do you want to make an appointment to come back tomorrow? I told him no he was very rude and talking aggressively so I will not be going there again I did not want their service and felt uncomfortable

Service is soo nice! They replaced my tire in 30min, reduced the price because they were out of the cheaper tire, and even added a nozzle cap to a wheel that was missing it.

Worst service ever, bring change with yourself. otherwise, the person who does the oil change will not provide your change back, and the old guy who does the oil change is furious.

Came in with a flat. The team welcomed me, informed me of my available tire options for what was currently in store. The manager Steve and tech Colin were patient with me during this daunting task! I would recommend because of professionalism, knowledge and superb customer service!

Erdman location use to be my favorite. Over the years they started to come off as a dishonest group. Prices became sky high and constantly being quoted for work that they just did. I have never returned

Had a nail puncture in my brand new tire that I purchased from elsewhere. Called Mr. Tire about an hour before their closing time. The store manager, Mr. Steve Lala, answered the phone and assured me that if I came right over, he would take care of me. And he and his excellent team did absolutely that! Mr. Lala was the friendliest tire shop serviceman I've ever met in my entire life. He even took the time to walk with me into the service garage and show me exactly how the technician repaired the tire. He didn't overcharge me or try to up-sale me for stuff that I didn't need or want. I highly recommend that you bring your business to this Mr. Tire location and experience Steve Lala's exceptional customer service for yourself.

I received excellent an friendly service. But most important honesty a rare component missing from many auto services, I find Mr Tire at this location has it. I personally have experience not being charged for things other companies say I needed. I would Pick this location for serving my vehicle every time.

I would definitely recommend mr tire on Erdman Avenue. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Steve at the front That went above and beyond to get me in and out .They give great customer service and great rates. I will be returning to this Particular location in the future

The only downside was when I showed up without an appointment for my groupon oil change, they said they weren't able to honor the groupon without the boss being there, so I had to come back the next day. Otherwise, they were very friendly and helpful and didn't try to sell me extra stuff, just showed what the mfg recommendations were and said "you should know if you're up to date on these replacements or not, and you can get them if you want."

Edit: found out there was actually things I needed to fix on my tires, so I ended up coming back the next day again to the Latino shop I went to. You guys lost out on a new customer due to something as simple as customer service. Now my money has went to them & not you. And I will continue going back to them. Stuff like this goes a long way! Do better. Just needed some air in my tires and I work close by so I stopped by here due to the good reviews. Immediately the man at the front gave me bad vibes. Didn’t greet me, was looking at me like I was crazy… waited for me to speak first. Rudely told me to go to the first bay. Just didn’t feel comfortable. Rubbed me really wrong, so I just took myself right down the street to the Latino’s who greeted me & were happy to service me. Not sure why this place has such good reviews but maybe I came on the wrong day. Won’t return

This is for the Erdman Ave location. I made an appointment, arrived at 8:30 the shop was closed despite saying they open at 7:30. Waiting till 9:15 no one showed up. I called no one answered or called back. I’ll take my business somewhere else. Not very professional in my opinion.
