I had an outstanding experience at Mr. Tires thanks to Nathan! He was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. Nathan went above and beyond to explain all the options available and made sure I got the best value for my money. The service was quick, and my car is running perfectly. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days, but Nathan truly sets the bar high. Highly recommend Mr. Tires and their team!

I needed an oil change and radiator repair. I made a same-day appointment online. Work was completed in a few hours at an affordable price. Staff were friendly and professional. I definitely will be back!

Wrong diagnostic said fuel pump and $1700. I went somewhere else it was $350 for a wire harness and diagnostic. Rats chewed through. How they miss that

Went in for new tires, the manager was absent. A temporary manager for the shop assisted me with getting tires. They where very patient and helpful. However, my issue is with the Technicians. I attempted to remove one of my tires when I could not for the life of me remove one of the wheel nuts. As someone who does light work on their car (like changing brake pads) I know this usually means the nut was cross threaded onto the wheel stud. I went to NTB a few weeks after getting my tires changed to get my rear brakes replaced since I don't have power tools and can't remove one of my wheels. At NTB I was informed that my wheel stud broke off, due to the nut being cross threaded. The nut that snapped off was the same one I couldn't remove. Reinstalling wheel nuts is such a basic and fundamental thing. If their Technicians can't get that right, I truly don't understand why anyone would go to this establishment and have any work done on their car. No, I did not take my car back to this Mr. Tire to have them fix it, as in my opinion, if you can mess up a fundamental thing as starting the nut by hand, THEN hitting it with a power tool. I don't trust you to remove my brakes, brake rotor, and then replace the broken stud, then reassemble my brakes. So please, talk to the Technicians don't waist your time talking to the smiling face at the front. They don't work on the cars, the name less and face less guys in the back do.

Lazy and incompetent staff. Took my car there for brake work, had an appointment, and arrived on time. Told them the issue, left the car for three hours. They called me back told me everything was good, and no brake work needed to be done. As soon as I left i heard my breaks squeezing. Took it to another shop and had the rear brakes replaced. They were worn....this place is lazy, and I guess small brake jobs are not worth their time. Untrustworthy mechanics.

Never a good experience. Have the credit card to this place so I use them strictly for tires now. Can't even get that right. Day to use the card the card company downgraded my credit the day B4 because I didn't use it enough.

I had two tires put on my vehicle. The tires are an upgrade from what I originally purchased. They look nice and, more importantly, are safe. My rear tires were completely balled and bad. I needed new tires. I want to thank The Regional/District Manager Laura Mendoza and the attending assistant David for helping me. with resolution. I must say that I was gonna give a one star but thought better of it. Mistakes happen. My tires i ordered and had delivered were misplaced. I had a scheduled appointment that could not be honored. I don't think the customer should have to take the initiative to figure out how to resolve or fix a mistake that was made by the store. Staff should be trained in problem solving and customer care. The staff had no answer for me. I reached out tp customer service and Ms Laura Mendoza, the regional/ district manager, really comforted and assured me that it would be taken care of. It was. She was kind and empathetic to my issue. Resolved the issue, and that's how I ended up with upgraded tires and pleased with my service. So I give 4 stars. It did take more time than it should have. I went to Mr Tire to have my back right tire replaced. Only had enough for one. The young man explained my situation. Three(3) of my tires needed to be replaced and were beyond repair. Again, I only had enough for one tire plus the cost for labor. The location did not have my tire size in stock although the website said it did. The young man however, I believe his name is Dav, provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. He Even suggested a near by spot to get a gently used tire. He deserves a raise!!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Had an appointment for 9am and they were closed. Unacceptable. They are to be open at 7:30am. I called the main number and someone took my information and of course they didn’t not call me back.

When they did my oil change they did not put in my window when the next oil change or mileage I would need to come back. My old sticker from my last oil change was still in the window

Got an oil change there last week and my oil reminder showed up saying I only had 10% left. I went in today thinking something was wrong and DaVon assisted me. I asked for the levels to be checked in front of me and he obliged. Turns out the guy who changed my oil didn't reset my dashboard. DaVon reset it and even provided the missing qt to bring me back up to 100%

Wonderful service. Both servicemen were knowledgeable and experienced with their positions and duties. They made sure I understood what they were going to perform on my vehicle and the whole experience was exceptional.
