Julio (mechanic) and Alan (store front manager) were great. Mr tire scheduled my Tesla on Independence where they couldn’t do the alignment. This store squeezed me in and pointed out a few other things to get taken care of under warranty. Thanks guys

Do not mess with this company! They will lie to you and tell you they fixed your car when they didn’t! I bought my car in for a coolant light being on, went to pick up my car, and my car was SHAKING UNCONTROLLABLY AND THEY KNEW BUT STILL PUT MY CAR IN THE LOT LIKE THE WORK WAS DONE! The mechanic actually had the nerve to show me a part that he said he replaced in my car when that part could’ve came from ANY car! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX FOREIGN CARS! Now, when getting a refund, They want to SPORADICALLY GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! When I paid for service, I didn’t pay y’all by layaway or bits and pieces, WHY AM I GETTING MY MONEY BACK IN PIECES AND NOT ALL MY MONEY IN FULL! DO NOT MESS WITH MR TIRE/MONRO COMPANY!!! Buy only from them what their name Says… TIRES!

I had a great experience at Mr. Tire. The team is experienced, professional, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my alignment after they replaced my tire and they were able to address the issue in 20 mins during the middle of the day Shoutout to the store manager Alan Akkari who was able to fit me into the schedule.

I will never use or recommend this shop to everyone. Also if appointments are required to use the Groupon, please add that to the fine print of the purchase. I don’t know who the guy with the thick black glasses is but he can use some customer service training. He’s not friendly at all. I have never had an autoshop ask why I needed an alignment in such a pushy way. I highly recommend going somewhere else.

Went here to try avoiding the dealer. As a business owner myself I try and see the positive In every business, but it was tough to do here. Nobody Working seemed like they wanted to be there or really cared (Monroe location). The main reason why I’m giving it two stars is because I Asked the guy at the front if oil light was reset, if they filled all of my fluids and made sure my tires were topped off after the tire rotation (I had a Groupon for an oil change and a tire rotation). He said they were and that the oil light was reset as requested. I got to my car, and no wash fluid, tires weren’t topped off, and light wasn’t reset. The only reason why I am not giving them 1 star Is to their defense my tire valve caps say there is nitrogen, and working on cars in my younger years, you don’t typically want to top off with Air, but I always would have asked the owner if he would like me to do so anyways since many people can’t find places with nitrogen to fill their tires. After being charged $31 on top of the $69 Groupon (over $100) I could have gone to the dealer for less, known all would be taken care of, and got my car washed for free. Won’t be returning

If you’re thinking about getting the oil change Groupon, just save yourself a ton of time and get one from somewhere else. Even with an appointment they didn’t have oil when I showed up, so I made an appointment via phone call with another location. I guess corporate makes those appointments without actually consulting the location’s schedule, so when I arrived they were massively overbooked and I was quoted a 5 hour wait. I’m mostly leaving this review so hopefully their corporate office sees it and stops doing this, but if it saves someone else’s time then great.

Mr. Tire has helped me a couple of different times with patching or tire replacement, oil changes, and much more! They are so reliable, kind, hard working, and safe! I will definitely continue to use them for car maintenance when I need it.

Went to Mr. Tire with a Groupon to get an oil change and my tires rotated. It was a little busy, so I had to wait a minute, but the crew was very polite and speedy once they started. Overall, a smooth process and I'm glad I got it taken care of. On top of the Groupon, they did charge about $16 for extra fees, but I'm going to do the $15 back rebate from Valvoline, so still a decent deal.

I would not recommend this Mr. Tire location. I brought my car here a few weeks ago to have my rear shocks and all of my brake pads replaced. At the time, they told me it would be a day or two. A few days later I called because my car was not ready and they said they were having an issue taking my car out of the maintenance mode that they had to put it in to fix my brakes and asked for another few days because they needed to order a part to fix it, which I said was fine. I called another few days later and they told me they were unable to find the part but that my car was safe to drive and that I needed to take it to a dealership to get the part and if I brought the part back to them they would fix it free of cost. I said that was fine and brought my car to the dealership where they found that one of my caliper clips was actually broken and that was the reason why my car was unable to be taken out of maintenance mode. I clarified at that time that this part only could be broken during brake installation and not something I could do while driving. I then brought my car back to Mr Tire and asked for a refund on the service provided to me at the dealership (not the brake pads or rear shocks, just the caliper clip they broke during installation of my brakes). At that time they agreed that the caliper clip could only have been broken while they (Mr Tire) was working on my brakes and that they had broken it and that they would call me in a few days to let me know what they could offer me compensation wise. I called them back after a few days of not hearing from the and they offered me store credit in the full amount of $608 to compensate me which was very kind but I explained to them I needed the money now to pay off my credit card bill. They said I would have to contact corporate to ask for a refund of that size and so I did. Today, I got an email back from corporate that said they spoke with the store and the store claims they DID NOT break my caliper clip even though they previously admitted to me that they did and the employee from the dealership said it’s the only way it could have broken. So now, I won’t be refunded any of that $608 to fix the part that THEY broke. I was kind and patient throughout the entire week and a half it took to get my car back and the least I expected was for the store to just be honest about their mistake so that I could be appropriately compensated. I will not be going back to this location. Not because they made a mistake because that happens to the best of us, but because they lied about it.

Amazing experience at the Monroe Rd location. They were able to get me in for repairs same day and went over and above to help me get back on the road safely. I was highly impressed with the level of care and service I received. I will definitely be going back to them for all my car maintenance needs. Friendly Honest and Fast. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Awful phone answering. When somebody calls and ask for a price check, just give them the basic prices. Don’t try to pressure them into answering too many questions.

Bought a Groupon deal on a Monday, Nov 4th. Made an appointment for 1pm. Got to the store the man at the front desk (with thick blk glasses) said, they have 2hr+ wait and they cannot honor my appt. at 1pm. Although when setting the appt. I was told u have priority. Tuesday- no appt. Called 40mins a head. Man answered said no wait come on in. When I arrived, the same man (thick blk glasses) said there was 2hr+. I told him I just called and u said no wait. He replies I apologize that's not true. Thursday- no appt. Now they don't have the oil. I'm done now! I requested a refund from my bank. Do not buy the deal on GROUPON you will pay an additional fee in the store, if they don't have your oil, they will not honor your GROUPON and it is non refundable. I would have paid an additional $51 on top of the $31.99 Groupon deal. It's not worth it! I wish I would of had the experience the Reviewer had below this.

I recently visited Mr. Tire and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff was highly professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the services I needed and provided honest recommendations without any pressure. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. It’s rare to find such a trustworthy and customer focused auto center. I highly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in need of quality auto care. I’ll definitely be returning for future services!

Jason Mathews the employee at desk went way above and beyond to provide me the VIP service that all customers should experience no matter the service they paid for. Jason not only gave me great service for my oil change but quoted me other services at a great price. He earned my business and I highly recommend Mr. TIRE! Keep up the great work Jason and hopefully you will manage this place soon as you definitely have the knowledge and skill set. This is the Indian Trail, NC location.

They do a good job balancing wheels, which is all I go here for, but thats not my problem with them. The other day while waiting in the lobby, i overheard a tech telling a lady she needed new lug nuts, and gave some bs about how her lug nuts werent the right material and that they had seized. He then quotes her $250 dollars to replace 20 lug nuts. 20 lug nuts are at most $50 plus 15 minutes of labor. I know its not my business but these people will scam you if you dont know any better.

Bait and switch Groupon scam alert!! I bought a $69.00 full synthetic oil change and tire rotation on Groupon. The voucher said price was normally $96.99, so a $27 savings. Ka Ching!! It said "$5 disposal fee or shop supply fees (where applicable)" and that the Groupon didn't include tax. Still a great deal. I arrived for the appointment and checked in. As I was leaving, the front desk employee told me there would be a $36 additional charge for environmental disposal fee and other fees. So basically all of the money I saved by buying the Groupon plus an additional ten dollars. At that point I had already purchased the Groupon so it was too late to do anything about it. This appears to be the Mr. Tire strategy: lure customers in with what looks like a great Groupon deal, then recoup the savings by charging exorbitant "fees" so you don't lose anything on the deal. Except what they DO lose on the deal is any repeat customers. People don't forget being scammed.
