Scheduled an appointment and specified exact tires that I wanted to purchase. Show up and the rude counter person says "We aint got those tires!" Wasted morning could be been avoided if the scheduler followed up.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The manager was incredibly helpful in explaining the different tire options and helped me choose the best fit for my needs. The technicians were prompt and efficient, and they did a great job installing the tires. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. I had to stop in here unexpectedly for a battery check and I did need a new battery. I recieved the most efficient service. It was quick and everything was explained and the manager even saved me a few dollars in the process.

272.00 for one tire fir a 2007 Jeep Grand cherokee, had no better deals, no thanks. The night before I got there at 6:20, closed at 7, the mechanic left, I was told he couldn't have ot...it was 40 minutes away from closing time. I desperately needed him to just look at it so I'd know if I could make it home. He wouldn't. Other counter guy put air in it, 26 miles to home it was 100% flat, wouldn't put my spare on either. I'll never ever go to this place again

I went to Mr.Tire today and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I was specifically helped by Josh and he had my tire fixed and ready to go in no time. I will definitely be returning if needed in the future !! Highly recommend this place.
