Called and gave my tire needs to a friendly person. Put me on hold to talk to the service manager. When she returned, stated he was too busy to talk now and would call me back. No call back. If this is how customer service starts can't believe much better in person. Bought $1550 worth of tires from a competitor that did talk to me.

Great work by knowledgeable staff, done on time and as quoted! This is my go-to place for my car’s needs and repairs concerning suspension, brakes, tire balance and rotation, undercarriage work; struts, wheel assembly, etc. Thanks to all the staff for treating me like a family friend instead of just some customer!

Customer service here terrible , you get told I am the only worker here no customers but worker was sitting in a chair behind desk in office saying he could not help me . Said I cant get you in today but I can get you in tomorrow. I am not from this side of town just needed something looked at real quick as I had a piece of my front of my guard hanging under my front of my car and just needed to see if there was a way to hold it up as I had to drive a 20 min drive home and he refused to help me. Will never get my business here . Don't go here

Was scheduled for a service they don’t offer. Came in to drop off my car and was told their location “doesn’t have a guy that does that”. Over seas scheduling makes it impossible not to waste peoples time.

I usually go here for my tires. They also check my tire pressure before heading out on road trips if I stop by. ---Updated to 2 star 05.06.2024 - - - Today for my appointment the doors were locked and no one answered. I hope everything is OK at the center. The Westerville center helped me to find an alternative option bc customer service connected me to a location 3 states away - which was no help at all. It's been 3 days and still no "return call from a supervisor." Perhaps Monroe (company owner) needs to take a closer look at the needs of each center.

Repaired a tire with a slow leak in it. Got me in right away and fixed it fast. I appreciate their honesty in that they didn’t try to sell me a new tire. I’ll definitely be back!

They are always so kind and helful; very quick service - dropped off my car, and was able to pick it up within 2 hours. I trust and love Mr Tire! Not a fan of the price (at ANY auto shop), but it's just about impossible to find quality service for cheap lol

I have used Mr. Tire for years, and always had good service. I had a flat tire today, and when I called, I got a call center, not the shop. I was very surprised, as I expected to speak directly to Rod. I like to support small and local businesses. I will miss Mr. Tire. Good luck.
