This place is way overpriced. Less than open and clear about services. Completely dismissive and lacks professionalism. How does a simple oil change turn into a $150+ bill and the advertised services were not completed. Do not recommend or use this place for anything.

Several months ago, this Mr. Tire location noted that transmission lines were leaking and should be replaced. The next day they completed the work. The next 2 weeks I noted increased problems shifting, and jumping. Another local dealership diagnosed that Mr. Tire had used wrong lines for transmission and zip tied it together. So this led to the car needing to be scrapped as transmission was not worth replacing, so I had to purchase a new vehicle. Here's where it gets interesting: I complained to Mr tire and they verbally said a refund was submitted and I should be receiving . No refund ever came so I disputed with my credit card. Mr. Tire responded that I never contacted them for followup and that I supposedly had provided the lines they installed. All complete lies to avoid refunding for shoddy work they did. So after 8 years of being a longtime customer, no more, the service has become abysmal and this was dishonest. Stay away from this establishment.

Scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out for a tire install. Vehicle was dropped off and then sat for 5 hours only to be informed that the tires couldn't physically be installed (even though they were the same tires that were installed by Mr. Tire a year ago and confirmed prior to the appointment that they could be done). Odd that it took 2 weeks and 5hrs after the scheduled install time to figure that out. Took the vehicle to Steve Shannon Tire and Auto Center down the street the same day and had the tires mounted in an hour with a standard tire machine for $70 less than the quoted Mr. Tire price.

I went in for an oil change. They offered to see why my check engine light was on too. I’ve been going here for years and I trust them. I highly recommend using them.

My tire got flat on a highway I found this shop mr tire make my way to there it was closed got so worried out of know where the owner saw me in the camera and came to the shop on a crismisday at 8pm asked me what happened I said My tire got flat she said I'll opened it up she pulled my car in side and got me brand new tires I was low budget I told her instead of one tire she gave me two brand new tires put it on for me her husband came to help her and they decided to gave me on the house first she saw me in the camera came to the shop then she open the shop for me then she call her husband for help i believe his name is dean then I told them about my budget I'm coming from NYC they gifted me the tire and puts it on for me I want to thanku guy's alot alot it was so nice kind of you Guys on a holiday at night time u guys helped me I appreciate you guys alot I'd be stuck there till the morning in this cold weather but u guys helped me alottttt thank you so much dean and his beautiful wife 😊 thanku guys

Needed a tire repair. Walked in with no appointment. The young woman at the counter was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Was able to get my tire repaired quickly. I have purchased tires and had other auto work done at this Mr Tire on several occasions over the years and have always been pleased with the quality of their work.

They did a great job when I had two tires needing replaced after a piece of metal was found in one. We did experience an unusually long wait time that they apologized for. I was told they had the tires in stock, but I didn’t realize it was in a different building and it was quite a long time before they were delivered. Once the tires got there, then it was done quickly.

First experience there, went in for tire replacement, two of the faces of my rims have damage to them now. They were $2000 aftermarket rims. Appears someone dropped something on them

I had a good experience getting tires installed short notice and also a NY state inspection. Update: second experience was not good at all. Previous 5 star is completely tainted by this more recent incident.

Everytime I need something done this is my preferred garage. Zach and the guys always go above and beyond to make sure my vehicles are fixed and maintained in a timely fashion and done right the first time!

Excellent service and experience! I had gotten a flat tire on a family road trip and Eric and his team were able to get us back on the road quickly and safely. They also did a terrific job keeping us updated on replacement tire availability and timing in the context of a couple of moving parts. Highly recommend!!

I have been taking my car to Monroe for years and I feel like I’ve been being ripped off. I was told $1500 to fix it for a thermostat and Mr. tire saved me about $600 and now my car is fixed.

The only trustworthy mechanic in the area! I've had squeelling breaks for almost 2 years! I had taken it to multiple places, (Parmenter, DC Auto, and Firestone) and NONE of them fixed it! I took my car to Mr.Tire. The squeeling is gone! Finally! They had my car for a day, and now it's driving better than ever.
