I was a pleasure to be assisted by Mr. Jerry Marino. First time greeted, acknowledged. Great communication skills throughout the service with everyone I witnessed coming. It made me feel as a valued customer and look forward to follow up for other needed services. In past experiences, the staff was just uncaring, unprofessional and impersonal. I'm glad for the changes.

Something happened to this place. I went there last year with my company car and personal car and they were great, not anymore. They seem to not have enough personnel to do the work and I would have been better off going somewhere else for an oil change. Skip this place.

5 Star sales, Beats Tirerack prices and all with a smile 😊 I was referred by Pirelli tires to Mr. Tire as I was looking for new tires for my Tesla X. I was greeted by Jerry, who had a warm and welcoming smile and provided amazing customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. Jerry listened carefully to my needs and helped me find a tire that was even better suited for my vehicle than the one I had initially planned to purchase. He pointed out that the Pirelli website had recommended the wrong tire for my X. He offered a very competitive price that was significantly lower than Tirerack, even after including installation, balancing, and alignment. My father accompanied me, and Jerry made sure he felt welcome at the store as well. 5 stars for Jerry! I will update this review after the installation to share my experience with the service."

Bad customer service. All other shops tell you if they have the tire once you give them the specifications but the service here wants you to put a deposit first before even checking. Wow

First time here and I didn't have a good experience. I ordered a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Got there on time and had to wait awhile before anyone even noticed I was there. Employees were arguing in front of customers. They did the oil change but when I got home I noticed the tires were never rotated. When I called they said they didn't rotate because my car was RWD and the better tires were already on the back. Mind you my car is not a RWD. Also a heads up, Groupon doesn't cover taxes and fees so had to pay an additional amount for a service that was only half complete. Wouldn't recommend.

Jerry greeted me as a walk in listened to my needs and budget. He layed out a few options that worked for us. We picked up the Tacoma today and it looks and drives better than I could have ever imagined. You should be grateful to have someone like Jerry I. Your team. Thanks again Jerry !!! Hamilton Mr Tire was a big help today, had a long nail in my tire and needed to replace all 4 tires, i worked with Will and he got me setup with 4 Goodyears, was very helpful and got me in and out very quickly. Thank you!

Mr. Tire personnel diagnosed very quickly that front end drift to driver's side on roadway, and low speed wobble on steering wheel. Determined my daughter must have struck a large pothole that broke and shifted the radial banding on driver's side tires and caused front alignment to go out. New tires & front alignment - vehicle fixed. Fast reliable service. Fair market pricing.

Outstanding, guys at the desk were effective and knowledgeable, just needed a balance of rear wheels for a hop in the bed of my pickup. Will be recommending to anyone who needs tires or service. No more jiggle in the back anymore.

Zack the ‘MANAGER’ is extremely unprofessional and unwilling to help! Sends us on the road with more than enough time before closing saying he won’t help and to go down the road they can PROBABLY take him (tire plug btw). Then hangs up on me because I ask for someone above him, apparently he is the top of the top!

I called and was scheduled for a tire patch. When I arrived, they said they didn’t have time for me. Terrible customer service just go to Midas across the street. They took care of me last minute. No questions asked.

Way overpriced. I've been going here for years but that is going to change. Service is good and hours are convenient but they gouge the mark-up on materials to the point where something like a simple brake job is ridiculous. Double the cost of what it should be.

All the way from Baltimore trying to make it to Brooklyn NY and caught a flat!! Went to several different spots including Mavis who turned us away! Shouts out to William and the Team at Mr. Tire had us back on the road in no time!! Definitely know where to come in the future!! 100%

Beware of this place They charged my son for a service that they never performed and damaged his wheel stud then wanted to charge us for the damage they caused .Then, when I called, they gave me a hard time. Manager Zane was very rude and disrespectful and said they would not replace the stud unless we paid for it and the refund for the work they did NOT do was a oversight and would take 4-6 weeks to process my refund . This I place is dishonest and management is rude and will not replace damage they did while working on your car!!

Brought my car there at about 8 am after hearing sudden rattling while on the highway. Something under the car by the front tires came loose. So hospitable; friendly; and professional. We were there for less than a half hour while they repaired the part of my car that had come loose. If ever you are in this area and have car trouble, absolutely go here. Tell AAA to take you here. True professionals.

Drove thru heavy rain at night and damaged the protective plastic underneath my car. I didn't realize the damage until the morning when I went to start the car. It was a Sunday and I called Mr Tire- got an appointment within 30 min. Got there and had excellent and courteous service while me and my 3 y/o waited in the lobby. It was fixed in no time, and on the house. Thank you so much from a grateful momma who didn't have to cancel a visit to grandma and grandpa's thanks to Mr. Tire 💓 We will be returning in the future!!

I had a family emergency with my daughter and suffered a blow out while trying to get to the hospital. The soonest I could get to Mr. Tire was the next morning. They were sympathetic to my situation and got me a new tire at a good price right away. I’ll always be getting to them for this and will always go there for my car needs.
