They told me it would be $178. Just to change the oil in 2024 Chevrolet truck ,the Chevrolet dealership only charge $ 110.00

Complete waste of time, i called and asked for an alignment and was told to come at 1 instead of 3, i get there at 1 and get told to come back in a hour and then they told me that my tires thats i just purchased 2 days before didn’t have enough tread to be able to get a alignment. AGAIN i just purchased these tires and there was no wear to them.

Mr. Tire is the place to go for speedy, quality work that won't break your budget. The staff are professional and quick without rushing. Also, I loved their fish tanks.

One of the tires on my new car got wrecked by a pot hole. I was able to come by here and they replaced my tire quickly and did it for a very reasonable price. I would go here again and definitely recommend.

They have accommodated us even on a last minute request. They quoted us an initial rate and when they checked their inventory and ran out of the initial tire they quoted us with, they exchanged it with a new higher priced one but still stick through their initial pricing. The shop is well maintained, clean and they are great people to do business with. Thanks for saving us from a whole other mess that day! We hope you get more customers. 🩷

Mr. Tire is the place to go for friendly, competent, caring service! We get all our work done there, tires, inspections, oil changes, batteries, etc. Have never been disappointed and we are always treated with respect. It feels like a family.

I had new tires installed on my truck with ballance of course but also paid for a alignment they charge for which is fine. Tires were installed look good but the alignment either wasn't done at all or whoever did it did very poor work. Now I will spend my time off work to go back and make sure it's done right. I don't know about anyone else but when I pay for something to be done I expect it to be done right when I show up to pay for it.

They tried to upsell me an entire set of tires to "pass inspection." I had just gotten an oil change and tire rotation, which included an inspection on all 4 tires, pressure check, all of that. I left and went elsewhere with no issues. I feel this was another episode of a car shop trying to take advantage of a woman. NO thanks.

We were on our way to Morehead and our tire blew on our boat trailer at the Dover exit. This happened at 6:15, we were waiting on a tow truck driver to come and change the flat, my husband called to see if they had a tire because our spare wasn't in the best condition and they did, unfortunately they closed at 7pm. Austin (I think thats what my husband said his name was) and the gentleman working offered to stay until we could get there AFTER closing. They waited for us and got us headed to the beach for our anniversary weekend. Not many places or people would be willing to stay late on a Friday night to help strangers. HUGE THANK YOU to Austin and the fella working! You guys saved our weekend!

If I could give them 10 stars I definitely would have. I went in for oil change and to check my breaks, let me tell you that because I’m a female and truly don’t know much about cars 🚗 I have been taken advantage of numerous of times, overpaying and getting services I didn’t necessarily needed at the time. Well let me tell you I can’t remember his name but the gentleman that I spoke to listened to my concerns and gave me a quote on what my total would be. He didn’t try to sale me or use any scare tactics. He was completely honest and a true gentleman. I had to leave my car but when I went to pick it up the two gentleman that I spoke to were welcoming and answered my questions. I live in Raleigh and let me tell you thanks to Mr. Tire of Kinston the ride was smooth, Thank you guys!!!🩷
