I just have to say, I came here a year ago for tires & wasn’t impressed with the service so I haven’t been back. Tonight, I had a nail in my tire & went to them because they were closest & I was BLOWN AWAY by Scott and Herb (SP?) — they went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of! I will be back for all future car needs! Thank you guys!

These guys are awesome! Had a major tire issue and they got my car in on very short notice! Braxton was the service tech, and he got my issue knocked out very quickly. Thank you to these guys for the great service on such short notice!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I wanted to show gratitude to Scott for his help today. He truly went above and beyond to help me out! He was extremely helpful, kind, patient, and understanding. We weren’t able to resolve the issue today, but he took additional steps in the troubleshooting process which helped put my mind at ease with my car. That means a lot given my personal situation right now. Thank you so much, Scott!

My husband and I have been patrons of this location since it’s opening for all of our tire and brake needs. Excellent customer service and professional mechanical service has been the norm not the exception. I have and would recommend others to this location.

The team at Mr. Tire was friendly, helpful, and priced things fairly. Herb took care of my alignment and tire balancing in a timely manner and with great service. Car maintenance is still an area of learning for me, and here, I didn’t feel talked down to or disrespected when I asked questions as I have other places. I want to thank Herb and everyone there for making a lady feel welcome.

Friday night I found a hole in my tire from a screw. I took my car in on Saturday morning. The staff was very helpful. Within a couple hours, they had my tire patched and I was on my way. When I need tire service, I'll be coming back!

Had an oil change appointment, got there and my car was in within 15 minutes. Very friendly people. They also checked a few others things for me that I didn’t know about. They recommended me to get them done asap to avoid any problems. They gave me quotes and also other more affordable options. Overall, great place to get an oil change.

Mike and Alex saved me from a very frustrating experience with Cardinal Auto Sales and their deceitful ways. I can’t thank these guys enough at Mr. tire for getting me in at the end of the day when I know they wanted to go home. They truly care about the safety of their customers. Would gladly recommend and return!!

Scott is AWESOME! I had my son with me and he made my son feel welcomed & important. Talked a lot about hockey. They were slammed (on a Friday) and it was a bit of a wait but the customer service was AMAZING making it not feel as long. They are very detailed and what they are fixing or recommend. They give options to fit your budget.

###########Avoid Mr. Tire Auto Service Centers######### DO NOT GO here, these people are very bad people and Do not go to a total car condition checkup. They mention always, "your break(s) have issues and need to be replaced asap." Do not fall victim to these stupas.

Had 3 people walk over to the register area while waiting to talk to someone and didn’t get acknowledged once that I was there. Walked out without even getting any help.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I called to ask about a quote, and the person that picked up the phone was extremely rude and angry, had a really bad attitude, and kept talking to me like I was stupid for not knowing how much it costs to take a tire off a rim (apparently $20-30 per tire for labor and disposal - I wrote it here so you don’t get yelled at for asking the question). Well, if I did, I wouldn’t be calling the tire shop to ask that question?! He was obviously very emotionally angry with me and hung up. I have gotten work done at this shop 2 times before and have spend thousands to repair my 2 cars. Just based on how they interacted with me over a 30 second phone call where I was just trying to ask a question, I would never take my business here again. Don’t waste your money here to be treated like an inconvenience. P.S. I called Keke’s Tire in Raleigh, and they quoted me less than 1/4th of the price that this angry man quoted me :)

I’ve been visiting the Mr Tire location for three years. The prices are reasonable, service is fast and they are all so knowledge and friendly. I highly recommend for any work you need.
