Didn’t do the repairs that I paid for and lied to me about parts that were not broken to try to trick me into paying for repairs that were not needed. Charged me for services that were not performed and scratched my driver side door as well. These guys are crooks and unethical. I highly recommend going to a different and honest mechanic and avoid Mr. tire at all costs.

It was my first time coming to this place, if I could I would give 10 stars!! Nick was so kind and explained everything what is wrong with my car. I’m always nervous of going to auto places as I have had bad experiences but this place gave me nothing of good vibes and they moved quick. Thank you guys for being so kind and understanding!

Tried to ver charge me by almost 450.00 and told me things were wrong with truck and their wasn’t. Overcharged me on installation and disposal of tires which were included in online pricing and said it wasn’t and that was due to poor web page design. And then 26.00 for shop fees. For what? Already charged me 35 for tire disposal no fluids were changed etc. service took almost 3.5 hrs to swap out tires. I used to go there often but no more. Not after this

My wife took her truck to Mr.tires for a oil change that she purchased on Groupon. It was a mess from the beginning. She scheduled for Saturday and then was called and told that she would have to be rescheduled for Sunday. She brings the truck Sunday and then when they finish they tell her that she doesn't have the correct Groupon. The Groupon was for semi synthetic and her truck takes full synthetic. It was faults on both parties for not reading the Groupon completely at the beginning but I feel it was more so on Mr. Tires because she told them that she was using this as her form of payment. Everywhere I've gone to get any work done to my car from oil change, breaks, tires, etc, payment and the process is discussed before any work is done. They didn't do that and I felt it was wrong. I asked if it was anyone higher that I could speak to and they gave me a 1 800 number that said they were closed on the weekends. All she had was the Groupon so I had to pay the balance which was $77. I've never taken my car to mr.tires and I know I never will now.

Poor service and customer service!! I purchased an oil change on Groupon only to be charged an extra $70 totaling what an oil change would normally cost. Poor advertising, didn’t get a brake check or tire rotation as indicated on Groupon. A total rip off!

Nick is the best at customer service. He's friendly, helpful, honest, unique, and so nice. They don't try right rip you off here. They give you options and will not try to pull anything on you. Love this place!

This place was truly a blessing!! Very knowledgeable technicians who go the extra mile to communicate with you and also communicate with your warranty company! They provided a good service, but nothing special. Closest service center to where I got a flat tire. Who I use this center again if it was close? Yes. Would I go out of my way? No.

I honestly trust Nick and Fred implicitly. This location has always done well by us and these two are just the icing on the cake now. They're honest and engaging... and if this company knows what's good for them will do whatever it takes to keep them because THEY are why people keep coming back.

Took 2 and half hours to replace 4 tires. The guy at the front desk was very nice but the tire tech was very rude. Heard him say I’m going to take my time on these tires because he wants to rush me. All I did was come and say hey and he had no response. Will not return.

Quick Honest Quality Service. I scheduled an appointment online to have my headlights replaced. I was in/out in under 30 minutes. The price was lower than some others quoted and when I inquired about other services, they said they were not required. I less honorable place may have tried to upsell.

I have taken my vehicle to Mr. Tire for years. I have always been pleased with the service. Not today! All I needed was an Inspection. I pulled in at 11:35 am and went inside. No one was at the counter so I sat down and waited. After 15 minutes, an employee came to the front desk, dropped something off, and left. A few minutes later, a different employee came to the front, looked at me, and left. I waited for a total of 20 minutes with no one to help, so I left. Horrible customer service!!!
