I had an incredibly slippery ride into work such that I decided i would be driving home on new tires. Jeff and co-worker (apologies i forgot name) fit me in same day. Courteous, helpful, gave options. Took care of me quickly. I was also super pleased with the product. Overall excellent experience. I drove home comfortably and confidently that snowy, slick day. Those guys were top-notch.

great service, wonderful staff, fair prices. The staff always listens to my concerns and manages to work out what is needed and if needed can it be done in stages. We take all our cars there.

Keeping your vehicle save and running can be expensive so you want it done right the first time. They always explain what they are going to do and are almost always right on on their estimates. When it was needed their post service response was excellent. We have been using this location for almost 10 years and will continue to take our new and used vehicles to them for service and repair. What more can you ask for. Tell them the Spice Guy sent you!

I brought my daughter’s vehicle in for service while dropping her off for college locally. After numerous attempts to get an appointment with local service centers, I came across Josh at Mr. Tire who generously realigned his schedule to get the service done (with quality and efficiency I may add). This level of customer service has secured a long term customer, and Josh’s customer care ensures my daughter will always bring her vehicle to him for any needs while I am not there as I feel I can respect and trust Josh to help her. My sincere appreciation to Josh and his team for being one of the few now a days who know going above and beyond with customer service secures and retains future business clients. Very efficient and explained everything that was wrong with my car very clearly. I dropped the car off in the morning and all of the repairs were done by the end of the day. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Probably the most pleasant and straightforward experience I've ever had with a mechanic.

Very good service! Up front and honest. I've been going here 20 years. I still go to dealer for some things like check engine lights. I go here for oil changes, rotations, tires, suspension, brakes, exhaust, anything routine. Very reasonable prices, and a lot of times different options. Jeff and Rick, who I usually talk to are very knowledgeable.

I will never recommend this place to anyone…. I got a flat tire on the 4th of July. Only place that was open I was charged $122 for them to put another tire on my rim and then had to take my tire back to my car. They kept asking if I wanted to get the insurance for the tire and I had to say no a few times. A few hours later it was flat I was able to put air in it. Brought it back a few days later for them to look at it and was told they cannot help me. I took my father up there and their story of what was said to me changed. I then had to take my tire to a different business to get fixed and the people we super nice they fixed it for free! It was a simple fix and they refuse to correct something they didn’t do correctly…. The worst experience I’ve had by far!!!!

The staff was incredibly kind and professional. I had a long road trip planned and a flat tire almost ruined it from the start; Mr. Tire got me back on the road quickly. I was really pleased with the staff, the facility and my whole experience. Thanks for being there in an ‘emergency’: I was on a tight time table and your assistance made it possible. I opted for a replacement tire rather than risk a 25 hour plus road trip with a patch for this gash!
