Great service. Glen was great and hospitable. In and out with a scheduled appointment for oil change. Quote given for additional work and option to complete with appointment but I was not able to do. Clean environment with workspace while I waited.

Mr. Tire let me know in a timely manner that my appointment for an inspection would not work for my scheduled time. They were able to get me in the next day and it was completed in about a half hour.

Awesome experience at Mr. Tire. I had bought tires somewhere else, they were already mounted and balanced on my car when I decided I didn’t like the bright white letters showing. I called Mr. Tire and told me to come on in. The person who helped me was extremely nice, and I noticed how exceptional his service was with the other customers in there as well. They were able to remount and balance my tires in much less time than I expected. I will definitely be coming back here for service in the future.

The Japanese engineers decided to put odd sized tires on my 2015 Honda Fit. Mr. Tire in Henrietta, NY ordered the tire just before Christmas, got Santa to deliver it on Christmas Eve, and had me in and out of their shop in 10 minutes to put it on the car. When I trade in my Fit with the idiot tires for an HRV, I'm going right back to Mr. Tire, every single time.

Thank you for your courtesy and great customer service. Even though I had a simple NYS inspection on my EV, this service center was speedy and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place for your auto needs, as I know I will bring my household's vehicles here for other services in the future.

This location of Mr. Tire has taken care of my vehicles since I moved back to Rochester. The manager is great and the technicians are top notch!

It’s the worst service I’ve ever had. They hang up my call, TWICE. I had a flat tire at my rear driver side and went to this shop to replace my tires. They give me a plan to replace my rear tire with new ones and switch the rear tire to the front. I was happy about this and paid immediately. I ended up went to this shop THREE times but still have my front driver tire unchanged because they said they don’t have the removal kit. I don’t understand how come a tire shop had no removal kit. They initially said I can drop off my car and they can drive it to a sister shop to get the tire removed. But when I actually want to drop off my car (today), they said there is nothing they can help and I should schedule appointment with their sister shop myself. Without further explanation, they hang up my call, TWICE. I would never advise anyone to come to this shop as all they care is about the money. Once you paid, they won’t treat you as a customer.

Edit: Tips if you go here: - ALWAYS CHECK THE RECEIPT IMMIDIETLY ONCE A SERVICE IS COMPLETE. I CANNOT STRESS THAT ENOUGH. ONCE YOU FIND AN ISSUE, EXPECT ZERO RESOLUTION. They're losing thousands so anticipate that they'll get every penny from you. A refund is like the plague. - if you feel like a nuisance or they're short with you it's not you they're just like that. Edit: I've never had an experience where they were not short and a abrupt with anything so reducing to 1 star. The customer service is arguably the worst part of going to this place. It's ok to be wrong about the technology and mechanics - just don't be rude about it Been a customer for years and it seems like the rough economy is reflected in the experience here. The staff is minimally cordial - as long as you don't ask ANY questions. Here are experiences that make it very unlikely I'll continue to refer anyone here for the foreseeable future - you can do as you wish, but other people I've referred also mentioned less than stellar experiences: edit shortened the text so it's more clear. - they're short, and unaccommodating. The atmosphere is that you're a nuisance but they really want your money. - some folks mentioned racism and I won't go that far, but I noticed a difference in demeanor when waiting in line and listening to their conversations with other customers. So I wouldn't disagree with an experience folks have had. - Ordered tires from them, waited two weeks got 0 updates. Called 4 times myself kept getting "we're doing it today". It never happened. I had to go get the tires, take my wheels off one by one, go next door to Mavis, have them mounted and balanced, and put them back on the car myself. - shop mounted and balanced two tires I bought charged me for 4 mount and balance - shop put ow20 oil in my car that requires ow40. Then argued that it was better?????? In what world. - asked for old tires to be put in the car once they're removed. They were not. Asked if they could be when I arrived to pick up the car. Immediate shift showing irritation and argument about how bad the tires are. I know how they were and I asked for something real simple. Costs them $0, but seemed like it cost $100 per tire.

Had a 1230 appointment arrive 15 minutes early manager Andy said he could take me right in the work was performed quickly and properly very happy with the results. Andy did a great job.

Terrible customer service did an incomplete job on changing out four tires on my vehicle which took all day with them holding my vehicle then when tried to reschedule for a day to finish the job they acted like I was annoying them so safe to say I won't be going back or recommending anybody to Mr tire specially at that location

Terrible Customer Service!!!!! Very Racist. I Arrived BEFORE My Appointment Time And Was Told 2 Workers Called In And They Couldn't Service My Car. The Same Guy BLATANTLY LIED And Told His Supervisor That We Were Late. The Supervisor Was Nonchalant About It All. They Shouldn't Be In Business!!
