We got a quote for breaks, so that solidified my husband's decision to go here. When the service was done it was close to being 650 more than quoted. What are we to do, run off??? I asked the man to look into his system and he said he can't see the quote. You're telling me nothing was saved under my name in case I did come back and you can honor what you told us? A $650 difference is HUGE. Good customer service is honoring the product, service, and pricing you give to your customers, even if potential. All he could say is, i don't see it!! Unreal!

Update: they lied to me about switching my tires for free if i bought tires from them. Just went in and they acted like they had no idea what i was talking about after that being the whole reason i bought tires from them. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They are very busy but handle it well and stand behind what they say.

Never going back. The guy with the grey locs has an attitude problem. Just went to my truck...they broke my battery cover and said nothing to me 🤬 they also left it off. So I was riding around with it under my hood but not back on my battery!!! So unprofessional!

Wouldn't pass my NYS inspection unless I purchased an entire rear wiper arm with blade. I'm told rear wiper is not a determinant for inspection.

If you want awesome and honest service with a manager that is completely courteous. Mister tire on East Ridge road is the place to go. They have never let me down and I never had to wait long.

Appointments are scheduled with a call center, but you can't discuss what tires you actually want. What?! The appointment isn't communicated to the actual Mr. Tire location either. I got a confirmation email for the appointment, but needed to cancel it before the appointment date. I called to do that, and they had NO RECORD of an existing appointment for me! Absolutely unacceptable. I was a potential customer, and now I'll never be a customer of Mr. Tire.

I recently had an oil change at the Mr. Tire on East Ridge Road in Rochester; it was my first time there. I was told that the procedure would take about an hour; it actually ended up taking somewhat less than an hour. I was treated with courtesy; I will definitely be going there fory next oil change.

My oil light had gone on, I pulled in to see if they could help. Gentleman at counter suggested I do a oil change, he got me in and out right away, so thankful they were there.

Had a nail in my tire and the plug I had at home didn't cut it. Called them up, they were able to get me in 10 mins later, brought my tire there and in 5 mins I was leaving!! Now that's service! And best yet he didn't even charge for the plug! I'll definitely be going back for any other service I need. Thanks again!!

Mr Miranda and his team are incredible. I had a blowout on the thruway and i neededy tire changed. He stayed open late to help me get back on the road with nothing but suppory and a warm smile that was much needed after rough day on the road.

Popped a tire in the starbucks across the street, and we couldn't get the lug nuts loose by hand. The manager on site was kind enough to send one of his guys over with a floor jack and an impact wrench, and the guy put the spare tire on for us even though we only asked to get the flat tire off. The shop is trying to turn their reputation around, and it showed today. Thanks guys.

Routine brake job, freaking mechanic snapped my brake lines then charged me for the replacement parts. The audacity! That alone DOUBLED the cost of the job. I've since learned how to do brakes myself, from calipers to, rotors, to pads, to bleeding. It's so easy I cannot believe I ever wasted so much money, ugh!

They either need to shut this location down or get a new manager who knows time management and how to manage a store. I lost count of how many times I have called to make an appointment, made one, gone in, and was told that "corporate" screwed up (again), they have no clue what they are doing, and wrongfully set appointments for this location. My most recent interactions were three days in a week timeframe. The manager then makes another appointment for me. I go in, and they state they cannot take me in and that I am overbooked. The only reason I went in was because of a deal on a coupon. I will avoid Mr. Tire at all costs, let everyone know how terrible they are, and gladly pay the extra money because the service I get will be well worth it. You get what you pay for. If you cannot offer services, don't promote them.

Very inexpensive, very nice, knowledgeable and quickly fixed my 2 tires. Didn't try to get me to buy 2 new tires, just fixed the problem each tire had and I was on my way within 30 minutes. Words can't express my appreciation for the good, honest and quick service at Mr. Tire.

don't plan on anything with TIRES @ mr.tire..I called and set an apt. the soonest available was was 830 am...ok...got a confirmation text the day before, I got there, and was told there was no-one who could do any TIRE work for another 2 days...got the STRONG feeling that they are going out of business soon !

I had to come into the City for a Dr. Appt. I live 1 hour away. My brakes were acting funny and I pulled into Mr. Tire. There were two employees working there and the young man at the desk checked out the car and fixed it for me. I highly recommend Mr. Tire on E. Ridge Road.

My car died at an intersection on East Ridge Rd. today in the middle of a snow storm. I called AAA, then Mr Tire, to see if they could fit me in, they said bring it in! Tow truck dropped me off and after taking care of another customer, got me in, replaced my battery and I was on my way. This is not my first time at this garage and the reason I keep coming back is because they always explain what is wrong and my options to correct. Andre, the manager, is always very helpful and very knowledgeable. Jan Englert
