This is the second time i've used Mr.Jumpstart mobile mechanic. I have a son at UTSA and both times they've been johnny on the spot, getting over to take care of the mechanical issue. This time when I called, I'd forgotten their name from last time and called again from a Google search. They had my name saved in their phone as UTSA dad, great customer service.I saved their phone number this time and hopefully I don't need to use them again, but if I do I know they're a phone called away. I would highly recommend them.

Do not use. Unreliable. He was 2 hours late on the first visit. Had to leave to go to the movies, said he'd come back the next day, but didn't. He never came back, then stopped replying. Horrible service. I do not recommend.

Do not call this company. I called him, set an appointment to “jump start” my battery, no showed twice. Then, didn’t even bother to call me and just said, “sorry bro, cannot make it”. Wasted my time when I could have called another company. Unprofessional, and unreliable. Do not use them! Not dependable.

THANK YOU for proving to me that there are still genuinely good humans out here who don't take advantage of "damsel in distress " opportunities. Communication from the very beginning was perfect and at my speed. Turnaround time to come out to evaluate the car in not so great weather was quick and kept in communication with me throughout. I convinced myself that it had to be the alternator from other "mechanics " and auto zone guys, and anybody could have easily run with my ignorance in troubleshooting cars and charged me for repairing an alternator when it was not needed! Or just charging me extra for nothing. Nope, not these guys ! Parker explained everything he was doing and patiently answered my dumb questions, lol, AND he even went out of his way to go buy my battery for me and bring it back to install!! I mean, what else can a girl ask for nowadays?! Nothing but honesty, patience, fairness, quality communication, REASONABLE COST, and just simple ability to do something well without waste of time and money! I HIGHLY recommend , "Mr. Jumpstart Mobile Mechanic", especially for WOMEN who have difficulties finding honest, reliable services in a ,"Man's world"!! Plus, Parker was a Hella cool guy who made it easy for organic conversation! I'm truly thankful for finding them on Google after so many past negative encounters. So much gratitude 🙏🏼 They will be my forever mechanics for sure!

I called and talked to Parker and told him my situation. He showed sooner than I thought fixed my tire problem on the spot. Very nice person. I am glad to know someone that I can call and honest with me. I will definitely call him again if I have car issue. I appreciate it Parker.

I have used their services over the last few years on several cars, from replacing starters and belts to sensors, and the repairs have always been completed satisfactorily. The only concern on this last visit was the time delay in getting here. Took a few days to get the mechanic here, but, once on the job, everything went smoothly. Competitively priced service and would recommend their services.

Just had Parker come out and diagnose my 2002 Chevrolet Tahoe, I had him replace my window regulator, put on a new set of brake pads and flushed the brake lines, recharged my a/c and fixed my oxygen sensors which got rid of the check engine light! Will be using him again!

The owner of this business tries so hard to defend his employees, which is respectable, but it is itself just another way to have people that have fallen victim to bad business be convinced that they are in the wrong. My Ford Escape had a coolant leak that caused the car to overheat. Mr. Jumpstart came out, after 3 days of rescheduling, to come check out my car. In the process f checking my car's diagnostics, he reset the car's computer, temporarily solving a bug in the computing that constantly showed my car as overheating. After a "thorough" diagnostic of the car (air quotes because this took 15 minutes), I offer a water and come back to find the employee on Youtube researching my car's problem. He then goes to tell me he doesn't exactly know what's wrong with my car. He told me the problem MIGHT be my thermostat, but the labor would be about 8 hours and "[he] didn't feel like doing it". This was a red flag already, since we employ the service of a mechanic to diagnose problems, not look for a second mechanic. He then goes to quote me $100 total for the diagnosis, service fee, etc., which is outrageous given that he didn't fix ANYTHING. My car still leaks coolant, and nothing came of the ordeal. Don't waste your time with this business, spend the extra dollars and go to a mechanic that knows what they're doing, hassle-free.

This guy is a life saver. My car wouldn't start after I had it parked for 3 days. AAA wouldn't come out so I tried this company. While looking at my battery he also noticed a bad terminal and fixed it on the spot for a very fair price. Highly recommended, very honest, fair hard working people 👏

Called yesterday to get a quote to have my ac compressor installed. The guy Parker or whatever his name was told me he would come the following morning at 830 am. The next asked if he was going to come he replied yes.. asked me questions. Then said he is not going to come. Bad business. If you tell a customer you can provide a service at a certain date and time make sure you can commit. Period. Would not recommend. What a waste of time.

I had a very good experience with Mr.jumpstart, I was stranded on the side of road with just my 1 year old and Mr.Jumpstart happened to drive by and offer me help! He was able to make my cooling fan come on and cool down my overheating car. He didn’t charge me either he was just being a good person and honestly was A good reminder that there are still good people in this world ❤️ if you choose any mechanic, pick them.

I was having a really bad day already when my car broke down and I thought gonna have to deal with a scammy mechanic who was just gonna be another scumbag trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of me fixing random things that don’t need fixing, but boy was I wrong. I was helped by this big bearded guy named Parker and he was a really fun guy with a really nice energy and it just made my day, really made car troubles as painless as possible for a good price. Would recommend and use again if I ever needed it.

Parker was Great! He showed up when he said and when he was running late, let me know...I had a repair that took a few days so it was time-consuming but he really went above and beyond, with adding air to the tires and charging the battery. I'll be needing him to do more work on the Jeep I'm restoring! Highly recommend!

I didn't think so many 5 stars ratings were true, but I spoke with Kendall about an electrical problem on my 2004 Corolla. I had replaced my battery and thought my car had a short. He sent his son Parker which took him about 2 minutes to figure out it was just a bad post. He replaced the part and cleaned the other one, car started right up. Great work and so convenient, worked in my garage and got the job done!

Terrible service, I scheduled an appointment and the day of appointment Noone ever showed up. I called the owner to see if anyone was coming and he said his guys were unavailable. He didn't apologize or try to correct it. For some reason he just ignored my appointment with no care, terrible business model to have. Would not recommend.
