Wow! Just wow! Spoke with Bill on a Tuesday morning, who said if I could get the car to them that afternoon, they'd have it fixed by noon the next day, knowing I needed it for work that Thursday! I was skeptical to say the least, and the needed part was delayed the next morning, but it was ready by 3:00pm. Such great service - I can't recommend them enough. Thank you Bill and Dana.

I called Ms. TMZ Complete Auto Center after-hours last night and left a message about an oil change. First thing in the morning, Bill called me back and told me to bring my car in. Once there, I realized they also did State Inspections, which I needed, so I asked if they could handle that too. I enjoyed some coffee and a bit of Family Feud, and was in and out within an hour! The service was impressively quick, prices were very reasonable, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

I needed an inspection and waited until the last minute, they were able to get me in within 30 minutes! I would 100% recommend them to anyone needing an inspection.

Ms TMZ auto is the best of the best, the dedication, the updates, the concerns and professional is beyond words can describe.The honesty , Bill is extraordinary person, he help save my baby Stephanie which is the name of my car. Walked in got Greeted & serviced immediately for my State inspection 🦋 staff was Friendly, waiting section was nice,clean & cozy 🥹 with water & coffee, so far so happy will definitely be back to get serviced

If you ever want a good person to work on your vehicle and you know you going to give you an fair estimate on repairing your vehicle , it's the people who works at Ms.TMZ . They will even tell you the cost of the repair before working on it. My family has been letting Ms.TMZ repair our vehicles for decades. I will not let anyone else work on our vehicles that we trust. Oh my! I'm not sure there are enough adjectives to describe how wonderful Bill and his staff of mechanics are. We had just driven in from Texas and my son's truck began making a scary sound. We took it in to TMZ and it took these guys about 10 seconds to diagnose that the front axle was bad. Bill jumped through hoops to find a new one and had to have it FedEx'd from DC! Oh yeah--that was the week of July 4th. The part came in, Bill et al replaced the axel, checked the brakes to make sure we were good to continue our travels, and we had the truck back. Bill even called us after we were back on the road to make sure everything was good, and it was. All the staff were kind and courteous, even though they were crazy busy due to the short holiday week. While in Richmond I had to take a couple Ubers and I fully expect those drivers to show up at Ms TMZ when their cars need service because I let them know how Bill was taking care of us. If you're needing professional expertise for your vehicle, Bill at Ms TMZ is your guy. Thank you, Bill! You were a great blessing to us.

Moved within several miles of Ms. TMZ several years ago but continued using old mechanic which is 20 mikes out of the way. Several months ago my daughter used Ms. TMZ for oil change and was so thrilled with the service she suggested them to me. Today Ms. TMZ did an oil change with new engine, cabin filters, light bulb changes and topped off my fluids. I couldn’t be happier. Their customer service is top notch, they answered all my questions and then some. I’ll continue utilizing their service.

Today 7/2/24 I dropped my truck off to get my brakes and other things checked. Doug called me back letting me know it was the brake pressure switch and stated it would be $500+. Me agreeing initially until I looked up the piece and how to replace it, to find it was just a simple fix. Called back 5-7 minutes later because I found that to be over priced for what they would’ve done, Something that would’ve taken 30 min or less. Once I said I didn’t want the work done I was hung up on, for Doug to say he was frustrated because I no longer wanted the work. If you need work done and change your mind due to pricing this ISNT the place to go. Doug shouldn’t be able to deal with people if he’s so easily frustrated due to customers changing their minds on services. This is AMERICA !!!!!!!! And Doug should only deal with cleaning and checking the mail since he so easily frustrated.

First impression is a lasting impression; everyone that I had an encounter with was very nice and helpful. Got my state inspection done SAME DAY within an hour of arriving. The issues that were brought to my attention were explained in detail and a repair plan was provided. If I could give them 10 stars I would!! Absolutely a life long customer going forward.

My first visit was today, based on my daughter’s recommendation. I left super impressed!! They are warm and welcoming, knowledgeable and fair, and my wait time was minimal. While waiting, I saw another customer come in and his problem was resolved at no charge by the owner, as it was a simple fix, saving him $250. Exemplary honesty!! I will be back, thank you for the rare, fantastic service!

TMZ is the best. Bill and his staff have been helping me for many years and everyone I tell to go there appreciates the referral and have been overjoyed at their help My sister and her son drive in from Texas and had some serious concerns with their truck enroute Bull didn’t hesitate to look at it immediately and had his mechanic look at it as well and they diagnosed the problem , ordered the part and took care of them to get them back on the road safely for their return trip to Texas. It was a serious problem and something dangerous to drive the truck with so for that I am eternally grateful As always thank you Bill and staff You all always are very accommodating and knowledgeable and ready to help
