Fantastic customer service. They went above and beyond to try to find any route possible to save me money. They coordinated with the local Kia dealer to see if my warranty would cover the extensive cost of repair, and while they wouldn’t cover it, I appreciated the mindfulness and care associated with the effort. In the end, my car is working fantastically, and I’m certain my costs in the end were both fair & generous. Great shop. No need going anywhere else.

Highly recommend Kyle and his team at M&T Auto! I brought my 03 Honda Civic in to have a clutch replaced and they discovered a lot of bad work that my previous mechanic did to make my car unsafe to drive! Kyle maintained excellent communication about what they were finding and how they were prioritizing the issues they discovered. He even explained each of the problems in layman's terms so I could understand. Furthermore, their pricing was beyond reasonable! I am so grateful to have finally found an honest mechanic that I can trust to do honest and good work. Highly recommend M&T auto repair!!

I contacted Kyle under unfortunate circumstances and Kyle was extremely helpful from the beginning! Honest and fair! Kyle is extremely knowledgeable and saved my a** from a bully dealership! I highly recommend Kyle and will continue to recommend him to peers that need automotive work to be completed!

M&T Auto helped me figure out why my new car smelled like cigarettes when I was told by the dealership that no one smoked in it. They also detailed my car better than the dealership did!

My first experience at M&T auto was very positive. My car needed some pretty extensive work on the engine, and I was a little intimidated, but the guys at M&T really made the whole process as simple and stress free as possible. They were very honest and transparent with me throughout the process, unlike some other car repair shops. When another problem was discovered during the repairs, they didn't try to push me to address it right away or upsell me. That was something I really appreciated. When I picked up the car, one of the employees kept the old broken part and showed me first hand what was wrong with it. I really appreciated that because at most shops, you don't get to see things like that, and you're mostly in the dark. I would definitely recommend M&T auto repair if you want a team of friendly, knowledgeable, and honest people to help take care of you and your vehicle.

Very professional and friendly staff. This is the most outstanding service I have received in years! I would recommend this shop to anyone in the Springs and the surrounding areas. I brought my 2016 Fusion in last week thinking I had only a couple minor repairs. Instead there were a few more problems. The staff was not only reasonable with the price, I was also given a rental in the time being. The owner, Kyle, made sure to follow up with me and very clearly broke down the process of the repair and the cost. Definitely the most punctual and reliable staff to take care of the majority of your vehicles maintenance!
