Michael took care of me pretty quick. he was very patient with me coming home from work and getting stuck in traffic so I can give him the keys as well. I managed to diagnose the car (mostly) myself and deducted I needed a new starter. After informing him, he said the 140 diagnostic fee had to be paid, but he'd reduce it from the total after the repairs. He shot me a fair quote to replacement of the starter and got it done in quick!

Mike was awesome. He took care of our car repair quickly and efficiently. Since it didn't take him long to fix it, he didn't charge us anything. We will be going to him for all our future auto repair work. Highly recommend !!

Car wouldn’t start this morning. I googled mobile mechanics near me. MT mobile mechanics came right up near me. Michael came out within a couple hours tackled the job instantly. I highly recommend this company. Reasonably priced too thanks, Michael.

I have used a few mobile services but this one is by far the best! Michael was scheduled to be at another job in 30 minutes. He took my information and location. Hearing the frustration in my voice, Michael rushed right over to tend to my issue. He assessed the problem and had me on the road in 5-10 minutes. He then hurried off to get to his appointment. He was a true professional and I will be using him for everything as well as telling my family and friends.

My experience was less than ideal and I gave him at least 2 stars because he was polite and came when he said would. I called Mike because I had been having issues with my car killing on me while I’m driving and not starting. Called him to come to my home to check it out. He quickly diagnosed it and said it was an easy fix. Paid him the $140 diagnostic fee which also goes towards repairs. No problem. I was flabbergasted when he did not offer to order the part or pick it up ( the local dealerships carry it IN STOCK. ONE OF THE DEALERSHIPS THAT HAD THE PART WAS LESS THAN 15 MIN AWAY.) I’m new to the area. I know nothing about cars. Took a picture and told me what it was, Didn’t give me a part number or anything so I called a male friend and asked him to call Mike to try to get some additional info about the part and narrow it down to exactly what I needed. The mechanic told me that when I got the part, he’d put it on if I bring my car to him. (I can’t drive my car, remember. It’s dangerous). He said that if he came back out to put it on, it would be another $140. Literally left me without an operable vehicle. I’ve never had that type of experience with a mobile mechanic. My brother in law is a mobile mechanic in Houston and he was floored by how I was treated. My friend owns a mobile tire business and he also thought it was ridiculous that he really didn’t try to offer any feasible solutions to get me back on the road. Terrible customer service. My friend ordered the part for me and a Good Samaritan saw my hood up on the side of the road and put the part on for me. (not being smart, I still tried to make it to his shop and and of course, my car killed on me ). My hope is that he’ll reflect on how he handled my situation and do better going forward. Hopefully he won’t deflect accountability and make excuses. That seems to be a trend.

Michael is awesome. He was responsive and came to address my car issues quickly, and coming straight to my house is a huge plus. He addressed the issues without trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs.

Mike and his team were very courteous and responded to my issue rapidly. My car wouldn't start (turns out it was a bad battery). From the time I called until the battery was replaced was only one hour. Excellent service and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this service.

Mike was so professional and patient. And the technician that came to work on my car was great as well (I feel bad because I didn’t get his name but he was awesome). It’s hard to find a mobile mechanic that you trust but I will definitely be going back to Mike in the future. Not to mention the prices are phenomenal!!

These guys are awesome! Super transparent, fair, and trustworthy! My alternator failed and I had to get it taken out in order to get it replaced under the warrantee. They took it out, drove me to autozone where I could get a new alternator, and drove me back where he replaced the alternator for the base labor costs! I can not recommend these guys enough!

I had a great experience today with Mike. I called at 1pm, they arrived before 1:30 and were done installing a new starter by 2pm! And I have to mention they worked through the rain even though I totally expected them to reschedule because it's understandable to not want to work in the rain. The service was much appreciated guys! I appreciate what you did and if we ever need help with our Nissan again I will call you first. MT has my highest recommendation.

Mike is REALLLY FAST!!!!! He done my alternator within 25 min or less. Came to my home when I couldn’t find anyone else and he came to my rescue. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike as your to go mobile on wheels mechanic!

Michael is the real deal. Car wouldn't start after multiple jump attempts - figured I had a dead battery or alternator. Texted Michael at 9pm Thursday night and he was at my apartment 8am Friday morning. Ultimately determined it was a brake switch issue. He got the correct part at Auto Zone and had my car fixed before 9am. Didn't even have to miss work. Incredible service & a super nice dude!

My car wouldn’t start and I had to get it towed a week ago. I was stressed out thinking I would be out of a car for at least a month. Figured the issue was either the starter or alternator - it ended up being the starter. He had to drive 45 minutes to get to me. I called at 4:45 by 8PM my car was up and running. Charged right under $600 for all of it. Quick, unbelievably painless, and easy. My go to mechanic moving forward.

Amazing service. Michael came to save the day this morning for our team. One of our vans belt drive broke and we needed replaced. Turns out the belt snapped because the rotators were stuck. Michael is amazing! He was able to troubleshoot with us over the phone and drive out to us for an appointment immediately after we called. Our car problem ended up resolving itself before Michael arrived, and even though he was almost at our house he was incredibly understanding when we called to cancel. We will definitely reach out to Michael again if we have other car problems, and would highly recommend his services to others in need of car help.

Car wasn’t starting so I called these guys to come take a look. They ended up replacing a brake light switch for $229. Right after they replaced it my gear shift was unable to shift gears & I had a malfunction warning for my AEB system pop up. I went back to him & he told me his system wasn’t able to recalibrate the brake switches but he tried clearing all of the codes. He also told me I would need a new gear shift & it would be $700. Not even down the street after leaving & my treading light comes on, he tells me to come back so I do & he tells me he’s unable to fix that problem. I go to a different mechanic who was able to fix my gear shift & get rid of all of the warning codes with not much hassle. If you’re looking for a mobile mechanic save yourself the time & money & keep looking because this man doesn’t know what he’s doing & is charging a lump sum to do it. You’ll just end up getting scammed & more problems than what you started with.

Called and he showed up in 15mins. Had a dead battery. He fixed my issue in less than 30mins and had me on my way. Very knowledgeable. Will use his services again if I have any other issues.

When I visited Austin for a convention, my battery light came on, which ended up being a failing alternator. I had to return to Houston soon and was referred to the Mobile Mechanic. After I purchased a new alternator, Mike met up with me and took about 30 minutes to replace it, and I was well on my way. Thanks for getting my car running again so I could get back home. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
