They were amazing! Luis and Junior were both amazing! They were both very considerate and open to helping with different options for my repair. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. I will also use them for any future repairs.

This is my second time here and always I am so pleased and satisfied with the job is provided. Absolutely the best customer service/appreciation I have experienced in any service related transaction. The entire staff went out of their way to acquaint me with staff and place of business. My vehicle departed their care running better than it has since new, and it looks cleaner shinier and brighter than its best day on the showroom floor. Not only is that fact, they took extreme pride in knowing they went the extra mile and then some. I left feeling like part of an exclusive fraternity. 20 stars not (5)

The service in my Mercedes GLE 350 was impeccable, the body shop in my car looks like nothing Happened and Junior was amazing with his best costumer service that I ever had before, definitely I will recommend for everybody that I know, thank you guys for everything, 1000 stars!

These people will go out of there way to save you money! I spent a lot of time looking around for highly rated auto body shops, but this one stood out for being the most straightforward and reasonable with their pricing. While other places were quoting me almost $4,000 (including a shop with 4.8 stars), this shop re-diagnosed my issue and I ended up paying only $400. They explained every step of the process, why it was necessary, and even gave me tips on how to save money along the way. The staff also goes above and beyond to make the lobby comfortable and to keep customers updated throughout the process. Junior, in particular, was incredible—he genuinely cares about helping people save money and is just an all-around kind person. I’ll definitely be coming back here. There’s a reason they have 5 stars! They may not always be the first shop you see on Google, but trust me, they’re worth scrolling down to find. You won’t regret it!

I have done all my car repairs my self in the past 10 years, this time I decided to get help from MTY shop for pre-purchase assessment of my new car and to save my time(mdx 2010 and it had engine light on) . I found Luis honest and he could find the car problem accurately and was honest about the issues. They quickly booked my car and finished the car issues within the expected timeline. Highly recommend them and will bring my cars again to them. Thank you Luis.
