They forgot to call me and kept my car overnight but they did a great job at the end of the day. I am happy with the work and they were very professional. Me and my husband are new to the area we usually encounter racism everywhere we go here but this place was different. I am glad we have a decent business like this one.

Had new converters installed on my 2012 chevy 2500 hd . And a computer reflash. Awesome job also gained me 5 miles per gallon of gas. I Always have good experiences with this shop and Sam. If anybody says different then they are not telling the whole story.honest and stands behind his work.

Brought my truck in for exhaust work I gave the man my keys and was told they were going to put it on a lift right away, after waiting for an hour in the waiting room the owner and the other mechanics were standing around laughing gossiping with another customer that walked in after me. After asking for my keys so i can go to another shop, the owner asked if I wanted to put "a muffler" on the truck for $275. No brand no size no information on the muffler just muffler. Unprofessional work ethic & service.

This is the "replacement" converter. Cheap and not compatible with my suv. They stole a perfectly good converter from my suv upon doing a major repair. This was NOT approved work. Proceed with caution when using this shop. Reply to the owner comment: Of course its not, I didn't purchase it, yall try to be sneaky about it and stole my original and replaced it with what ever it is yall put on. This was done when yall where replacing the engine. The engine that wasn't good either, yall gave me a bad engine.

I took my 1977 GMC Sprint to these guys. They changed my brakes and shocks. No problem. The problem is the other work I paid them to do. Repair or replace and charge a/c, diagnose and repair the fuel system. They had my truck for 4 months and $4000 later it wouldn't stay running and it would not go over 40 mph. After I got it home, it wouldn't start. They left the distributor cap loose, the plate under the carburetor was gone and they took the original manual fuel pump off and put an electric fuel pump on it that didn't work properly. (I was told by the mechanic that fixed their mess that it happened because the electric fuel pump installed was too far from the fuel tank to actually do its job.) They told me they replaced the AC compressor and dryer and orifice tube and charged it. The AC doesn't work. These men left grease all over my truck inside and out. And the biggest problem of all is the attitude of the owner when I went back and requested they clean it up and get all the grease off my paint and interior. He told me to take it to the carwash down the street. He was rude and did not take responsibility for the mess they made. I ended up taking it to a real mechanic who repaired the mess they made with the installation of the electric fuel pump, the carburetor and distributor. It cost me 80% less and took only 5 days vs. 4 months for a half hearted attempt. My truck is back on the road and it is no thanks to them. I have washed the inside and outside 3 times and the grease is still not coming off. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible business practices.

I took my car to do they put it on the machine they trying to tell me my transmission and my Cadillac converter was going out they lied it wasn't nothing wrong with my transmission on my Cadillac converter

I will not recommend this mechanic shop. If you any major repairs. I had my 1999 Chevy silverado motor rebuilt and had so many problems. I had to go to two other mechanics to get my missing firing fix. Found that they did not put parts on that I paid for.

It was a bad experience, they didn't weld the new catalyst well, and when I went for the warranty they didn't take responsibility.

Mr Joe had a system check on car then when pick up time they charge him $65. They didn't say that when car was dropped off. Too muchoney for no written report.

My husband repaired his truck here 8/11/23. Today, 8/13/23 - he was stranded on his way to work at 4am because of overheating issues. Keep in mind, overheating hadn’t been an issue before… will be calling first thing in the morning Monday.

NO N0 !, 0 Profesional, they never fix my ac, they have no idea about ac, they charge me full price to replace the ac sistem and never works, they make me go back over and over for a week and they cant fix it, they even try to make me pay more to dissasembly the hole front of my truck.

Sam and Family treated me great! I had my catalytic converter stolen off my Tundra. Dealer said 7-9 months wait. Not at Muffler King! Towed truck to Sam, done in less than 4 hours! I can't thank them enough!

They overcharge you for cheap repairs and don’t have a company policy for the things they charge you for and they will SCAM you!!! Or over charge For things you don’t know about or for the part’s & labor also the owner had an attitude.

Took truck to get alignment done, the truck still pulls to the right and the steering wheel is crooked it. They told me no warranty because truck was lowered. I took it to Axle alignment in Pasadena and they got everything fixed.
