Fantastic job, we were a little late for our appointment and were still in and out with emissions and plate renewal done in about 20 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I've never had to do this before so their communication was appreciated. I'm also very impressed with their automated phone message and website as both were very clear and organized, providing all the information I needed and where and how I could find it.

I had come here many times before prior years and it wasn’t until now that it’s been becoming an issue. I come here solely for emissions for its convenience but they have become so unorganized. I waited for almost an hour to get my emission test done only to be told that I was supposed to be check in. I’ve come here plenty times before and they can never seem to decide whether you have to check in or not because last time I came here I was not told to check in and waited in line as usual. Keep in mind the employee knew I was in line for almost an hour and never even mentioned the check in up until it was my turn , which it wasn’t because I didn’t check in. And when they did check me in, I was placed #8 in line, despite already being here for almost an hour. What a waste of time

A big + having emission testing on Saturdays! Having the online scheduling for appointments made things very convenient. I forgot to ask the technician for his name, but he was great and had the answer to any question I may have had. I will use their services again!

Muffler Magic at the Northridge location did a fantastic job on replacing my damaged exhaust system front to back. They were able to source needed parts a lot cheaper than any of their competitors, saving me a TON of money $$$$, Thousands less than the dealer. Fantastic workmanship, and an amazing staff. The owner of this place is very rude and disrespectful to me. I was never mean or rude to him. Long story short, anytime someone tells you it their mouth that what you say doesn't matter, that you're wasting their time, they don't have to listen to you and anything you say is gonna go in one ear and out the other is somebody you don't want to ever do business with. Nothing good is gonna come to him for that, he feels me he'll take that risk, I was fine after that. That hurted my feelings because I didn't deserve that at all.

They are a rip off! The owner. I am in the process of suing them ! My car has been in this shop for 3years and I have been getting nothing but the run around. I have put nothing but trust in this company and was very nice with the owner himself. He lied stole my parts charge me for a part that didn't work when was fixed after he ran the diagnostic he claimed he did! Told me that I needed an engine and I purchased a engine then he stated he was going to get started on it and after it been there for a year and me calling and coming out there for the car he stated the guy who was fixing my car died and no one wanted to go behind him to fix the car so he was not able to fix the car after they had ripped my car for it's parts and my warranty for my engine is gone plus they started working on the engine and now I can pick it up at my own expense but was paid 1800 dollars for a job that wasn't needed at first! I have photos to prove, these are photos of right before I dropped it off and after it was there they destroyed my car. It came in just for a harness then he stated it was water damaged and then engine needed replaced! Just lied and took my money never replaced my part and stole other parts off my car a possibility sold them! He said someone stole them but it was being serviced at his shop so he is responsible for all the damage that is caused!
