They are a very deceptive, they don't change people's parts they pay for had a starter change and less than a year later I need another one, don't go to this place, bad, no good avoid at all costs

I stopped by at 4 PM on a Monday after calling 3 times withNo answer and was approached by a gentleman holding a large piece of wood who appeared to work for the muffler man auto shop. When he approached me, I asked him if they were closed for the day, although their store hours online state they close at 5 PM. He told me yes, that they already close their doors for the day. I then proceeded to ask him if he had an idea of how much it would cost to simply remove a resonator and install an X pipe. A simple exhaust job that I have had done I’m more than one vehicle for less than $120 within the past couple years…. The gentleman proceeded to tell me that it would be $300. I looked at him and asked him why it would be so expensive? He then offered to do it for $250 BECAUSE I TOLD HIM I ALRADY HAVE THE PART IN MY TRUNK and proceeded to say for a RICH GUY like myself that that is cheap! I told him. No, sir, I have done this very same job, which takes less than 20 minutes for most vehicles on multiple occasions for far less money. I also explain to him that I am not rich. I work hard every day 12 hours per day six days a week to earn the money that I have I was not handed a golden spoon, and I am not rich! Not cool and not professional. Stop trying to rip customers off.

Came by on a Monday and it was busy as expected. I wanted to temporarily park and see what kind of wait time they had or do i need to make an appointment. One of the guys from the garage came out and told me to park in a small space with my Ram Promaster 3500 extended. After I parked and walked inside, the manager/owner was on the phone with someone that sounds like a friend for a few minutes before telling him that he has a line of people and has to go. I just decided to leave for another shop since that was already the second strike.

THEY SAVED MY CAR. I had a horrible exhaust leak, another shop quoted me $2000 to replace the Y-pipe. These guys welded the broken pipe for $195

Came in the morning to get my exhaust welded, since I had an aftermarket exhaust on clamps, which did not hold. Service was very quick and easy. Prices are reasonable for the work. The owner is very passionate about his work and business!! Highly recommend

They fit us in last second after a terrible experience @ Pepboy they fixed our a/c had us in/out in no time at all. Then I left my wallet there on accident Coach I might add and he put it away and kept it for me until the next morning everything was in it. They are wonderful ❤️ Don't hesitate go there.

This is without it out the best place to bring your car. They are honest they don’t overcharge and they are very nice. I have an older Honda pilot and they took care of it. They know that I’m just looking to save money make this car last they were and they up transparent with all the work they do on the car. I wish I had more cars so I could bring them business but these people are incredible and you would be doing your self and your pocket a favorby bringing your car to see them. Thank you, muffler man and all the crew for being amazing. God bless

I highly recommend this shop, I took my new RAM 1500 to get a new muffler put in and they did an amazing job. I called several places no place could give me a concrete price, some places gave me a different price every time I called. I called this shop several times and every time JT quoted me the same price. He even charged me less because it was a different configuration. Very honest and great work, my RAM sounds amazing with the new Flowmaster muffler. Thank you JT and your team for the great work.
