I've visited Munich west 4 times and each time I have been treated like a valued customer. They don't do any work that's not necessary, and they let me know what work will be needed in the near future so that I can properly plan for the work.

This place is not very friendly to POC. It’s so obvious and they don’t seem to care. I truly believe they don’t want my business. They are that racist! So I’m taking my business elsewhere where I’m treated with respect. Gotta be more repair shops that work on foreign cars. 🤦‍♀️

I have a 2014 BMW. After trying services at BMW dealers, I was looking for better service and knowledge. Found it at Munich West. I lived in Germany for 3 years and Munich West is accurately named !

German manufacture? Out of warranty? If so, and car repair costs are coming out of your pocket, Munich West is the best option for service in Atlanta, bar NONE. The rare mechanics who will tell you the work you DON'T need done rather than just all that you do. I am on my 3rd Audi and would not even think of taking it to anyone but Steve and the boys at Munich West.

My experience with Steve at Munich West was extraordinary. From the initial phone call Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I needed an oil pan replaced on my 2021 Volkswagen Tiguan and the dealership quoted me a price of $1300 plus an additional unnecessary repair. Munich West put me back on the road within 48 hours at an affordable & reasonable price. I really appreciated Steve calling me updating me on the status of my repair. From now on, I will only have my car serviced at Munich West. I am an extremely satisfied customer!

Recently had some work done on my Mercedes and I am thoroughly pleased. Not only did the team give me an honest assessment of my issue but they resolved it quickly and at a fair cost. As long as I own the brand of cars they service I will continue to be a customer of this business. They’re trustworthy and that’s hard to find these days. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

I've been using Munich West for auto repairs for over 30 years and you won't find a better shop for the brands they work on (Audi, BMW, Mini Cooper, Saab, Volvo, and VW). There are so few auto repair shops that are both honest and competent like Munich West. Give them a try! Mike, Steve, and the crew will treat you right. There are only a handful of shops I will take my cars to and Munich West is at the top of the list.

Do not recommend to anyone. I walked in and a rude white guy sitting at the front desk didn't even say hello or smile. No hospitality , zero customer service, the whole environment just felt cold. I'm a woman so that's very important to me going to an auto mechanic.

Highly Recommended! The day I moved to Atlanta my check engine light in my VW GTI went on. What poor timing! As a female in a new city who knows no one, having to find a mechanic based solely on Google reviews, I was far from thrilled. I am SO HAPPY I went with Steve and Munich West. They are honest, and their prices are fair. My car is driving great again. I had to return a second time to have my battery replaced as well. Even though they have a full schedule, they kindly told me to come back in, and they would fit me in on the same day. I'm grateful I found the folks at Munich West.

Look folks when I tell you this co is AWESOME they are. They are reasonable HONEST and the only people I will bring my vehicle to. Dealer quoted me outrageous prices (Jim Ellis) and for wk that did not have to be done. I knew they were trying to rip me off . Steve is an amazing person and calls you and informs you on everything being done. Thank you Munich West for a super duper job and I have already told a few about your services. One happy client and a client for life . They deserve all the compliments the whole staff as they all wk to make this business what we as consumers are looking for. I could go on and on but I will rest here. 🙂

Terrible customer service, I called to ask if they have a model of sensor and the guy who answered the call said they don’t have it without me being able to provide the part number, I tried several times for him to at least give me an opportunity to provide it to him so he could check if they had it in their inventory but he kept being rude and saying no, I then said “that’s fine you’re very rude” and the guy called me “idiot”

Terrible place , rude guy at front desk. Had a checkout fee without telling me at first just to look at brakes that I told them about prior. Felt taxed on the price just wanted to shop around more and he caught a huge fit. And to think I was going to get my oil change from this place on regular basis regardless of brakes. I just didn’t feel the job was worth 1100$. Anyway I wouldn’t recommend. I kept calm as he kept talking trying to get a reaction out of me

I had a great experience. I dropped my car off at the shop and they called me each and every day about the updates. They told me a lot of great information about my vehicle that I did not know along with how to treat my battery for as a BMW it was a lot of hard work, but it was able to complete it From the camo Bmw guy thanks a lot we recommend many people .

Munich west is an amazing shop. I brought a poor example of an e39 540i to them to get back on the road. They were honest, fair and quick to get everything sorted so I could get the car on the road. I have sent everyone I know that owns a BMW or mini to them. Hard to find honest shops that don’t want to punch you in the pocket.

My husband and I have been Munich West customers for > 20 years with all of our cars (BMWs, Volvo). We love Mike, Steve and all the mechanics! There is rarely any wait time to get the car in the shop, the work is impeccable, always on time and the prices are reasonable. We feel respected and most importantly safe driving our cars after regular service, smaller or bigger repairs. The selection of the brand of the next car we buy will primarily depend on the brands Munich West can take care of for us.
