Oil changes? Edit: after reviewing based on the owner’s quick response, I see that Google’s AI service “summarized” the offered services and stated oil changes were available. I’m updating my rating to reflect that the owners of this business definitely take their business seriously. (I’m also reporting the AI summary so no one else runs into this issue)

Replacing the tires was quick and easy and all prices were explained. I needed a new ball joint and we were able to schedule for an opportune time and the repair was excellent. The suspension is now much tighter. I'm extremely happy with this service.

I've been using Murray's Tire and Auto for used tires for years, and it's a great option for folks that need to stretch their tire dollars. Every tire I have ever purchased exceeded the 30-day warranty by at least several months, but sometimes you luck out and end up with nearly new tires that last over a year. This is a great shop with all the right equipment and mechanics that know what they're doing - don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to them!

Really great first experience here. They were able to help me get new tires and fixed a problem in the tire rod of my car. They explained what problems it was causing and the technician offered to come in early to work on my car to get it fixed quickly. Overall 10/10 and will be bring my car back to here in the future.

The folks at Murrays were some of the nicest people I've met. Every employee was welcoming, helpful, and went out of their way to ensure my repair needs were taken care of. The shop seems to have an organized, efficient way of processing customer needs, and I was in and out in under an hour for a small tire repair. I can't recommend this place enough!

Think I finally found my place! As a new transplant to NC who's used to only lettting my Father touch my car, finding a new mechanic that I trust, who won't inflate prices or try to get me to buy stuff i don't really need can be tough. This place is amazing and their staff are friendly especially the front desk person Liz! Came in around 8:30am on a Saturday for a diagnostic. Wheel was making a strange noise and I couldn't find any other shop that could fit me in, in such short notice. They set me up with someone right away to ride with me to identify the noise, they found the issue fast, and had me back on the road within an hour, and the repair costs were very affordable. I highly recommend them! Thank you Antonio and everyone else at Murray's Tire & Auto!

Went to get a tire with a slow leak repaired. Ricky, a super friendly tech, walked right up to me as I parked and told me to come into his bay. He showed me the nail in my tire and explained that I would need a replacement. I was lucky that they had an exact match! He threw it on there and filled the rest of my tires and I was good to go. Everyone was super friendly and I was given a bottle of water. I am going back there when I need to replace all of my tires, which will be soon. Thanks Ricky and the rest of the crew! Update** 11/3/2020 I recently went back to Murray's to have a full set of new tires installed on my car. Once again, Ricky the tire tech helped me and once again I had a stellar experience. The ladies at the desk provided me printouts with a few options for tires I could go with as well as a detailed explanation of the warranty, the included alignment etc. They got it done in a timely manner at a fair price and I left happy as ever. See, I said I would go back and happy I did. Thank you! 12/10/2024 Update. I continue to go to Murray for any issue. They always take the time to explain and show me what's going on with my 2005 Element. Everyone there is super friendly and professional. I see the same people working there that I saw years ago. That's another good sign. Can't recommend them enough!

as a girl going to auto repair places is scary and I always feel like I’m going to get jipped. Murray’s has been an awesome experience. They’re kind, honest, and funny people that make you feel welcomed. Took my car in quickly and got it fixed in no time, and was charged a very fair price, I didn’t feel like I was getting girl-taxed at all. great customer service, honest and upfront about prices and work needed, I’ll definitely be back if I ever need more car work! I was just passing through the city and my tire started acting up. A quick Google search led me to Murrays. Very satisfied with the fast friendly service from the technician from Maine with the sexy accent! 😉 If I run into any other car trouble in this city, I now know where to go.
