I have been dealing with car drama due to carmax and max care.. I needed a new engine and it’s been a very stressful situation. Roy has been so kind and honest and upfront with me about everything and has been doing everything he can to help me. Jack has also been so kind. I just want to thank the God above for this place. I was stuck in a rut.... Heater hose broke off on my Chevy Suburban 2012. JACK, ROY AND ROBERT were ALL AWESOME!!! They care about you and your car. They speak to you like you're a family friend. I am from LA, moved here 3 years ago (have yet to find good mechanics) and the guys will be my new mechanics from here forth. If I could give 10 STARS I would. I will be back to the shop for an alignment in the next week or so. I'm Very THANKFUL for them and their professionalism.

Took my car to get e-brake checked out even though they were short staffed Jack still took me in gave me a ride home and kept me up to date through the whole process I will be bringing all my collectors to him. So will my car club. Thanks Jack keep up the good work.

I have been going to them now for 8 years, always a fair and honest place. Being a retired Chevrolet Parts Manager, these guys do excellent, honest work at a reasonable price! Many others have low prices to get you in, then sell you things you do not need!

Hello people, As you know finding a good mechanic is hard enough, but add that to a trustworthy Co.CO., 1 in a m million. I went back afterr my car had been worked on with a minor issue, and not only did JACK stand behind the work he was an absolute professional. I say if you are having car problems and don't have a mechanic, go see JACK. He will make sure you are not charged with nonsense you don't need, and fix what you DO need. Standing behind his, or their work. It's good to know a place that fixes your car issues, WITHOUT trying to attach unnecessary costs for repairs that aren't needed. CAR PROBLEMS? GO TO MY AUTO SERVICES. YOU'LL BE THANKFUL THAT YOU DID! Satisfied Customer, and also know they stand behind the service.

Please take your business elsewhere unless you are looking to be scammed, this is your warning. I brought my car here specifically because of the good reviews. My car had no issues, running perfectly fine until one day it would not start. This being the highest rated shop in my area, i had my car towed here. I was warmly welcomed by Manager Jack and his associates. I like to think because of the fact I take very good care of, and am generally knowledgeable about my vehicles that I am not a prime target for scams like this but I was wrong in this case. Jack and his employee Roy saw a young single mom and decided I was just the perfect target. My car sat with them for a week or so while they "attempted" to diagnose it. Ultimately the diagnosis that Roy presented me with was "sporadic engine failure". He stated all cylinders had 0 compression. The insurance company questioned his diagnosis and therefor would not cover anything. While speaking to Roy on the phone he directly told me to call the insurance company and "tell them they have to, make them cover it!". Furthermore proving there was no way to verify his diagnosis and he expected the insurance company to "just cover it". After seeking the advise of my brother who has been rebuilding cars in his own shop for 20+ years, we decided to tow my car to a new facility to have it properly diagnosed. Earlier today, after being out of my car for over a month because of the insurance scam this place tried to pull, I finally got a proper diagnosis. One, single fuse (relay) needed tp be replaced. I am over 2k in the hole because of fees and rentals, all for one $40 part. Do not trust Roy, Jack or this facility because they will lie to your face while smiling and watching your life crash and burn. This is your warning.

This shop saved me THOUSANDS of dollars!!! I had my car diagnosed at the dealership where I purchased, and they diagnosed the issue as a broken ac compressor and quoted the repair at over $2,000. The techs at My Auto Service had me in and out in under an hour with ice cold ac and all that was wrong with my car was a leaking valve. A turn of the wrench and a recharge and my ac is good as new. Bring your car here for great service, great prices, and true integrity.

This place is amazing! I called all around this city trying to find someone to repair my ac system, everyone’s costs were very high. I called and spoke with Jack and he said he would contact me back with a quote because he was going to see if he could get the parts in a kit to lower my cost. He called me back that same day with the lowest quote I was able to find. Not only do they not overcharge.. they did the job extremely well. Everyone always so kind throughout the entire experience. I can’t recommend this spot enough!! I am very thankful and if my vehicle ever needs anything at all this is where I will be going!

I would say out of all the places I have tried in vegas this company is my 1st choice to take my car. They are honest and fair and anytime I have a concern or problem they walk me through it and explain it to me. The customer service is just as wonderful they always take the time to call and update me about my vehicle I don’t feel forgotten about or just another number. I feel like they are very trustworthy and I will continue to bring my car here.

My mom (not easily impressed) recommended them. It's family owned & insanely honest. They have never tried telling me a problem is bigger/more expensive than it is. Give me all price options, tailor their recommendations to my needs & NEVER push for me to spend more than my budget.

This place literally saved my Matilda from the brink of death when she needed a new engine after sucking up a manhole cover. Every person there is so awesome and they care about their work and the customer. It is definitely the best shop I have ever gone to and I will never pick anywhere else. Go to this shop!

I contacted and asked for my deductible refunded because my transmission failed two weeks after a thorough inspection. According to Jack, they go by what their computer tells them, and there was no necessity to check transmission fluid if the car was heating up. As a result, they refused to return me the deductible and are satisfied with their work. He went on to say that he was calling because he was told I wasn't happy with the work, but nothing seemed to make me happy. Poor customer service and work ethic. The work is rushed because they need to get paid by warranty companies as soon as possible.

They did a great job repairing my car, when most would say total it. The price was accurate and took less than two weeks to fix. They were also very kind and have good loan set up, as long as you pay by end date you’ll have no interest rates applied.

They fixed my car. They were expedient. I called several times throughout the process and they always answered my questions, and they were very nice over the phone and in person. My car is running very smooth now, it feels like it's brand new! I will certainly use their services again if my car ever needs something else done.
