I paid this shop $4,000 to rebuild my engine and 8 months later, it's blown. The owner refuses to stand behind his work. Now I'm out $4,000 and the truck.

Spent over $3000 having my truck fixed, just had a misfire so I scanned it, found the cylinder and then went to look......apparently they stripped my coil bolts so they zip tied my coils in.........would send my truck back for a car wash let alone mechanical work.....pay Kelly's a little more to do good work

I brought my Toyota RAV4 to this shop to have the ABS module replaced with a refurbished part. After multiple attempts to reprogram the module it was determined to be defective. The shop has ordered another refurbished part. Hopefully it will be replaced and reprogrammed soon. I'll post more on that soon. The owner and everyone working there is very friendly and accommodating. But they need to work on how they care for the cars they service. Mine had dirt and grease smudges on the mats, the interior and the exterior. Update on ABS repair; second refurbished ABS sent to the shop for repair was the wrong part. So a third module was ordered, delivered and repairs plus reprogramming were completed today. Thank you, My Auto Shop for all your help to make this happen. Highly recommend them, I’ll be back.

Amazing shop! The mechanics and front desk were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful and prices are very fair. Always quick service. My whole family comes to this shop, I highly recommend!

Awesome place!! I don't recommend alot of businesses, but this is definitely one that I would. I've never used them, until recently, and I was amazed at the type of people who own that place, and work there. A business is all about making money...but I was pretty surprised at the kindness and honesty, that I was shown by them. I've never been treated better, by people who had never met me, and would've easily made ALOT more money off of me, if they chose to. Instead, they worked with me, like I've never had a business do...and to top it off, they do amazing work. Most definitely recommend these guys

I brought my new [to me] car here for a safety check and to essentially fix anything wrong with it. Those who worked on my vehicle did an incredible job. Yes, their hourly rate is expensive; however, the mechanics are not doing cheap work/labor. I believe, for the majority of their services, they are well worth it. Things such as changing differential fluids, brakes, etc. are better to do by yourself, in my opinion. Moreover, all the employees are pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I recommend this place for anything you cannot do on your own. One thing I will say—though it is truly not a big deal to me but worth mentioning—is that the mechanics have dirt on their boots which tracks into your car, and grease on the handles. Seriously not a big deal to me because it can be cleaned up super easy, but I figured I would include everything I experienced. Thank you!

Went there to make sure my baby is road safe for rainy season . New tires new wiper blades in and out quickly and very professional. It was super hot that day so I went and got bruiser and the guys water ice . The best part is they didn't feel like a dumb chick when they talk mechanics to me ..

Frank is a great mechanic. Diane is cool, they are honest and down to earth. I hate using garages to get my vehicle fixed BC so many are untrustworthy... Not My Auto I have 100% confidence in their diagnostics and their repairs. Literally the only shop I feel like did me right out of all the garages Ive been to. Highly recommend!!
