I absolutely love my car center!! This is the only place I trust to take my vehicle! Jack & his team are great with communicating with me about what’s going on with my car & prices!! They are amazing with updating you on everything. The techs do amazing work on all of my vehicles I have previously owned and currently own. Their prices are very honest & reasonable. My C.A.R Center is the ONLY automotive shop I will ever take my vehicle to!! I highly recommend this shop!

My wife & I were trying to decide on getting a new vehicle or fixing up her current 1, we also thought there were things wrong with it that would've cost a lot but ended up saving so much $$ by him pinpointing the real (& cheaper) issue & by not buying a new car because of the great & honest work done by Jack! As 2 females & with myself not knowing much about cars it's easy for the wrong person/shop to take advantage but instead Jack took his time explaining every little thing to me & didn't make me feel like a bother while I asked him my 18 thousand questions lol. He did excellent work, in sufficient timing & for a reasonable price. He let us take in some of our own parts so it'd be cheaper on us & the cars now running better than ever. We appreciate him greatly & I'd recommend him & this shop to any of my friends & family immediately! We will be returning with any other car issues in the future!

Jack is the best mechanic I know . And he’s honest !!! There are many mechanics out there but I trust Jack with our vehicles. The customer service is the best and Jack is a Master Mechanic that figures out the issue fast. Don’t fool around with the guy at work that fixes his car on occasion!!! Call Jack , and he’ll have you fixed up quick and affordable in no time !!!!!

My car was making loud rattling noises. I brought my car in and Jack, the owner, ensured it would be taken care of within a day. As always, they took care of all the issues not only in a timely manner, but went above and beyond to check another issue and replace my battery. I'm so grateful to know I can always depend on My Car Center. My car rides smoothly, feels steady/safe and all rattling noises gone! Thank you 😊

Our experience with Jack and Shea was great! Their service is exceptional. They are friendly, professional and reasonably priced. Our car was in and out in less than 2 days. We will continue taking all of our vehicles to them.

Very friendly and responsive customer service. They had my vehicle ready on time, and answered all my questions. They have a very knowledgeable and helpful staff and what was a big selling point aside from their experience was the option of being able to pay in monthly installments via Affirm.

Had trouble with my ac for months! Works like a charm now! I’m very specific when it comes to picking a place to take my car! Thank you for not only repairing what we asked you to take care of but checking out the total car. Our son drives that car and his job frequently takes takes him to Austin and Houston. It is comforting to know all needed repairs were done.

This was my second time taking my vehicle to this shop. This second time was for a major repair. Both times Jack “the owner” was very professional and kind. He was very quick to respond to my texts and or phone calls. This is a very trust worthy shop. I would highly recommend this shop to my friends and family.

I am very pleased with the service I received at My C.A.R. Center last week. My Jeep Renegade was running very rough and they helped me with replacing my spark plugs which corrected the problem. I have a couple of more issues to address with my Jeep and I definitely will take it back to get worked there. Fast and efficient...thanks!

MY C.A.R. CENTER es el unico lugar donde me siento Segura dejando mi carro. El servicio al cliente es muy profecional y me explican todas mis dudas , lo mejor de todo es que tienen tambien el servicio al cliente en ESPAÑOL y hablando sobre los precios , honestamente son muy razonables y las instalaciones son muy limpias . ¡ Honestamente los recomiendo !

After struggling with a lemon car purchase from CarMax for about 9 months. The mechanics were able to completely break down my expedition and build it back to where is it working. Therefore, giving us our family car we need. Shea at the front desk was very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain everything to my husband. Our Cadillac Escalade came to My C.A.R Center with a check engine light on, a key fob that wouldn't function, a wireless charger that wouldn't work and a vibration so bad that it could wake the dead 😂. The team diagnosed the issues, sent me a detailed report of the issues with photos, video and fixed all the problems. Now it is driving like a Cadillac again. Thank you Jack and his team at My C.A.R Center!
