I had a metal piece on my tire that happened while driving down dekalb ave (tire went flat very quickly). I’ve seen this shop many times While taking that route. This shop was soo helpful and very generous! I’m greatly appreciative!! Would highly recommend!

This shop is the best! I have a 20 year old truck that’s been acting up a lot recently. Missy always lets me know what’s an immediate need to fix and what can wait a little while. This is the first shop I’ve been to where I really trust their recommendations and don’t feel like they’re trying to rip me off. Also Missy and her team are just really nice!

This is a fantastic automotive shop. The team was quick to identify, communicate, and then resolve the issues my vehicle was having. Missy communicated with me throughout the process which was very courteous and reassuring that my vehicle was in good hands.

I have been using MFA as my auto shop for the last 10 years. I challenge you to find any shop more straightforward and honest about what repairs your car needs, and whether it’s worth investing in the repair or not. Also some of the best prices in town- especially for diagnostic services.

The team at My Favorite Automative is so wonderful!! My axel, left control arm, and ball joint had broken suddenly. I got my car towed to them on Wednesday morning at 11am, and they had repaired it and replaced the parts by Thursday afternoon. Everyone was so kind and they took the time to explain what had happened to the axel. This is THE repair shop to go to if you break down in Atlanta!

Found this excellent shop after my water pump blow out on me. They diagnosed and was able to replace the parts so fast, I had my car back sooner than I was expecting. Great people, great service, will definitely be returning for future fixes!

I was on a road trip and noticed a coolant leak on my car. I stopped at my favorite automotive to diagnose the leak and see if I can finish my trip (as I had another 2000 miles to drive) with it. They took my car and diagnose the leak in a few hours. Unfortunately they needed 2 days to get the part and as I had to leave the next day, I decided not to proceed to the repair after they confirmed I can probably drive my car a few more days to finish my trip. They charged me almost nothing for the diagnosis, they were very kind, explicative and very fast. I wish I could have a mechanic like this in my hometown.

I was recommended to go to My Favorite Automotive by multiple people, because I was searching for a mechanic that wouldn’t take advantage of young women, as most of them do. I showed up because I had issues with my engine, and after speaking with Missy (who was very nice), they said it would be no problem to fix. When I picked it up, the buttons on my window were broken, which was not an issue at all prior to taking my car to their shop. I told the owner immediately, and called the shop the next day to try and schedule a time for them to fix it. After they told me to bring it back, they then denied that this was their fault, and they wouldn’t have touched the door in the first place. I was left wondering how on earth something like this could’ve happened on its own (during the 24 hours my car was in their shop?!). Now I’m left with an entirely different issue, and the shop made no effort to look into what might’ve happened.

I have been using this shop for at least 10 years and they have taken care of all of my cars. My father was a mechanic with his own shop and he taught me what to look for to know that a shop is good. My Favorite Automotive consistently meets the standards. I highly, highly recommend them.

Great place! My car was in and out quickly, they were super communicative to keep me updated on what was wrong with the car and when it could be ready. Pricing was reasonable. Will definitely go back with any car trouble.

I found myself in Atlanta with a dead car battery. Not being in my "neck of the woods," I had no idea who to call. Luckily, this shop was closest to where my truck was stopped. These folks are A+ in honesty and quality. Do not hesitate one bit to take your vehicles here for repairs.

This place is great! Very reasonable pricing and they work quick. They also found a nail in my tire I didn’t know about when I went into for a battery issue! 11/10!
