Fellas at the counter were good to work with but after waiting over 2 weeks for a fuel line to be built from scratch, I still smell gas in my 2006 Commander. I hope the smell subsides.

This place is more like jiffy lube than k Mart. Terrible service management. No experience with servicing the vehicle s they make agreements to fix.

This shop has the best service around. Relieved a lot of stress for us when we thought things with our vehicle were much worse. Highly recommend them for all your vehicle maintenance needs!

I brought my car in for some long deferred maintenance. Keegan explained the steps and made some good recommendations based on my car's mileage. He was great about keeping me informed throughout the process. I feel I was in very good hands when it came to my car's service needs.

I had another great experience at Myers Automotive. I took my wifes car in for service and they were able to accommodate us, finishing in a short time considering we didnt have an appointment. I also appreciate the online inspection link we received by text. Its very nice seeing the actual condition of parts that might or will need replaced during a future visit. I had a great experience and will return with my future automotive needs.

*update : after several months we have had to take one of the cars back in, not for anything that they fixed originally. Again, we got quick, thorough service. Chris and Keegan had it diagnosed, parts in, and the car fixed up in 48 hours. Good job guys! 👍🏼 Jordan, Jason, and Chris have been amazing the last few months! Three family cars: one new to us old manual headed to college with my teen, needed to be in tip top shape. One new to us old Lincoln that needed a full going over. One trusty Subaru that's hitting 150k and needed TLC. The Subaru had a problem, threw 30 codes 🤦🏼‍♀️ these guys didn't give up on finding what was the real cause of the problem. They have gotten every piece fixed, even buffing out the headlights, and made sure my teen drivers are in safe cars that are running SO smooth!!! They've kept the cost down and haven't had us doing any "extras" or unnecessary bits. I appreciate all the time spent finding the root of the problems instead of just checking off the most common cause. All three cars are purring like kittens!!!

Unfortunately had to change my review of this place been taking my car here for over a year closer to 2. New person behind front counter. Had my tires rotated and on my way out of state to work tire light came on 10 lbs of pressure in drivers rear. 20 lbs of pressure in my passenger front. Nothing wrong with the tires other than I let Myers rotate them. When I called the guy I asked if they check pressure with rotation yes we do when i explained what happened the guy umm umm well umm you lost a good customer but they really didn't care. AND THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRES PRIOR. I keep my car very well maintained and the tires are about a year old and were bought brand new. I also bought them at myers. It's a shame places do not value their customers anymore

I bought my tires there but they didn't want to give me a good deal on replacing one of them. Left rear at a nail inside and they want to charge me full price or more to replace it.

was told i would not be charged until they worked on my car, they looked at it and said they couldn’t do what i asked due to other issues and charged me $50 for no labor done or parts used just for my car to be looked at. what a scam.

I have a $11 dollar part I picked up, an ignition switch ,they told me they won’t put it in , because it’s not there part , which will have a warranty, because I already have that part , I don’t even care about the warranty, they won’t put it in ,,I’m older so I can’t crawl under the dash to replace it such a easy fix to turn away a customer , so I guess I just find someone else that’s willing to do the job

I took my 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander with 126K miles in for an overall inspection. Cost me about $50 & the report was very thorough, with photos of everything they were recommending needed attention. They were knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. They helped me decide to keep my car now that I feel that I have mechanics who are ethical .Very satisfied with the services I received.

My original rating was changed from a 1 due to the excellent customer service from the area manager, Stanley. The owners statement is still not accurate. In Response to owner.... My car was started before you did ANY examination on my engine! I definitely would not have paid $1800 for a starter and battery if I was told all that damage was done to me engine! Please stop saying you did the exam first. I have printed records stating you tried jumping my car and ect. I'm so tired of this! That is why I want to talk to YoU, Chris, or the area ma manager in which I have requested to do so repeatedly! Thanks for the VERY wrong info and quick response.

We were traveling from out of states when we experienced car problems. I made a call to Myers west and spoke with them. They said the were booked T that shop but if we could get the vehicle there they would get it to their East shop that could make the repairs. The made the repairs and got back on the road within a few hours. They did a great job and are very friendly. Great job guys thank you

Myers does quality work but it seems like they don’t know how to organize their shop. Our work took much longer than they estimated.
