I have been going to Mytech off and on for about 6 years. Recently I moved to the neighborhood and had some issues with my 2015 Mazda 6. Wayne checked everything asI requested and said beside oil change nothing else is necessary. Also the low RPM noise was gone after the oil change. I have always been happy and will definitely recommend them.

WOW!!!!!!!!!!! I came for an estimate on rotors and breaks back in OCT 2024, got the estimate from the dealership a week later (quote was crazy expensive) … got caught up with other life events still no rotors or breaks. DEC 2024 ended up doing a search for best automotive service and MYTECH pops up, initially it did not resonate with me that I already had an estimate from them. I pull up, walk in realize I’ve been here before. Wayne welcomed me in, gave me another quote, got me scheduled. I paid for front and rear rotor and breaks and an inspection for half the price the price the dealership quoted me. This establishment has 5 - star reviews for a reason. While waiting to get my vehicle serviced I met Chris (amazing voice btw) and Rob… both awesome individuals. MYTECH has earned another loyal customer! The quality of service is wonderful, the customer service is amazing, the savings… oh the savings! Decent waiting area. Clean restrooms. Full snack bar, coffee and hot chocolate. A loyal customer earned for sure!

I want to share my experience with My Tech Automotive. Being a Woman, and having been in contact with many Auto Mechanics, My Tech has been the best by far. Any and every time I need any type of work done to my vehicle, I go there, and I am greeted with a smile at all times. Then when I tell them what I hear or see, not only do they find the problem, but they come and show me, and explain what needs to be done, tells me how much, and confirm if I want them to continue. I ve not once left unsatisfied. The technicians are also so professional and friendly. I would recommend any and everyone that owns a vehicle to visit their shop, I promise you won't regret it. I want to Thank Wayne, Rob, and Chris, for the awesome job they do. One thing I will say is that they are naturally professional and sincerely friendly. You gentlemen are the best. I have traveled from West Virginia just to get work done. That says alot about you. I am now in Fredericksburg and still travel the distance. You are my vehicles Doctor. MyTech was recommended by a friend and I’ll never go anywhere else. They’re always able to schedule within a reasonable amount of time and most times I’m able to wait while the work is being done. They provide great service, honest practices, and reasonable prices, far too difficult to find these days.

BEST customer service, best mechanics and prices you'll get. As a female military member I've been to many states and needed work on all my vehicles. This is the one place I can trust. I recently needed a full clutch replacement, got my rear brakes/ rotors and general maintenance completed while in the shop. Will continue to recommend to anyone needing service

I had an issue that two different dealers refused to fully diagnose as it meant physically removing the manifold. The dealer had me throw about $1200 in labor and parts at the problem that did nothing. I told the dealers what the manufactures(Ford's) own bulletins showed was likely the issue, the last dealer agreed it was likely the issue but then said if it was the issue they could not obtain the part. Then they told me if I obtained the part they would install it, for double labor. The guys at MyTech were willing to do a proper diagnosis that required physical inspection for this particular issue vs just using a computer, they confirmed it was indeed a broken IMRC in the intake manifold, they helped me obtain a good used part (Ford currently had no new parts nation wide) and they installed the part for reasonable cost. (Dealer wanted double labor e.g. $1800, while MyTech was well below half of that.). My car now runs great. I don't live in the Woodbridge area, but if I did MyTech would be where my car goes. Its a small shop but they were honest and straight with me the entire time, what more can you ask for.

Really glad I took my coworkers advice and tried MYTECH for my recent repairs. Wayne was really great to work with. The mechanics were really knowledgeable and got things done promptly. Prices were GREAT & FAIR they just scored a return customer for all my future auto maintenance. I can really feel the difference in my car driving great thanks to they're work!

Mytech Automotive is one of the best repair shops in Northern Virginia and the best in Woodbridge. Every time I come for a repair Wayne take the time to explain what is being done and the approximate cost it could be. Plus he tell you what other things you might what to look out for in the future. I have never had the high quality of service EVER!! He never talks down to me or is condensing in his explanation because I'm a woman. They all treat each customer the same. I would recommend making an appointment for the weekend because slot can fill up fast most weekends.
