Dennis & co. were fast, friendly and knowledgeable, and I actually enjoyed hanging out in the reception and chatting with the staff and other customers. I also appreciated the email reminders about my appointment, and when the first reminder had the wrong time, it was super easy to correct it. Five well-deserved stars! Update 24-JAN-22 Everything I wrote before is still true, just wanted to say “thanks” to Dennis and the crew for being friendly and flexible, and taking great care of my car! Update 27-APR-22 My dad has also started taking his car to Dennis. Dad’s not big on writing online reviews, so I thought I would just add that he was very happy with the service too! Update 28-OCT-24 Still taking my car to Dennis, and still super happy about it!

Honest and compassionate service, a true crew, which is hard to find, these days. Whatever reason you bring your vehicle in for service, you never have to bring it back for the same reason, it's taken care of "right" the first time, thoroughly and professionally and no one ever tries to "sell" you parts or service that you don't need... "TRUSTWORTHY" That's really all you need to know. They offer a level of service you don't find in many places. They don't sell you what you don't need. I wrote the above 2 years ago. It's still true. I would add that my repairs are done in a timely fashion. They don't upsell. Rates are very reasonable. In ten years and three different vehicles, I have never had to go back for a "re-do". I don't think you'll be disappointed. Update: 2014 vehicle has over 105,000 miles now and going strong. MyTee!

I feel safe with this team watching out for me. Whatever the reason for my appointment with MyTee, Dennis and his crew do a thorough check. Most of the time, there's nothing else that needs doing, but today they found a small leak in my left back tire and I was happy to spend the extra half hour while they fixed it. As a single woman who often drives long distances, I have relied on this shop for 15 + years.

When I visit family in Rochester, I always set up an appointment with Dennis and his team. On my most recent visit, my appointment was for a slow leak in a tire, but his team discovered my brakes were "dangerously thin." Dennis refused to let me drive back home (350 miles) without redoing all four brakes. As busy as he is, he managed to squeeze in the time to do them on a Friday afternoon. Until I can find a mechanic as trustworthy as My-Tee Automotive in my hometown, I will continue to use them every time I come to town! They saved my life on my trip home - I would have probably rear-ended the car in front of me that stopped short for a bear crossing the highway. The brakes were nice and responsive.

Everytime we need something done on our two cars Dennis and his team are friendly and efficient. Got a flat tire and they fixed it same day for $21!! Saved me a huge headache - especially with twin newborns at home! So great to have a neighborhood business that does such good work. Thank you!

My experience with Dennis and his team at MyTeeAuto has been exceptional. This family run business is very thorough, most professional, pleasant, dependable and fair. I never worry when they are repairing my vehicle because I know it will be done correctly and at a fair cost. I have recommended them to friends who have also been very pleased with their service. In retirement, my dad worked part-time delivering parts to local dealerships and auto repair shops. He got to know a lot of the local places really well and he told me "Always go to My-Tee. They have integrity and are honest and do good work." My dad and I rarely agree on much but on this recommendation, I agree. Dennis and his crew have been absolutely stand-up, down-to-earth guys to deal with. They say what they'll do and then they do what they say. I've never felt, in any of my dealings with them, that they were anything but fair and honest. I'll always make them my first stop for car repairs / maintenance.

Had my car for 4.5 business days before ultimately telling me there was never anything wrong with my transmission; made me call them to get ANY information during that time; replaced break bulbs without my consent, then didn't re-seat the bulb housings properly on either side so water leaked into my trunk; and finally made me pay over $100 for the privilege of waiting for my car to NOT be repaired. My transmission failed literally the day after getting my car back!! When I called to inquire about why I was just told the previous day that nothing was wrong and whether what I already paid in labor would be pro-rated against the repair I clearly HAD needed, Dennis just gave me a flat "no". I initially had my car towed from Fairport out to the city because I trusted My-Tee that much. But after this experience, I won't ever be returning and will do my best to dissuade anyone from using this garage.

My whole family has been using My-Tee for years. I have an older scion that can be a challenge to work on due to finding parts. Dennis and crew are always kind, exceptionally fair and honest in their work. Ive never had a bad experience. They go out of their way (no matter how busy) to provide you with fast, fair and honest work. Would never dream of using someone else. A++

Mytee Automotive is a locally, privately, family owned, professionally managed Automotive Service Center, staffed with Master Mechanics. Their service level is excellent. Their prices are very competitive. This keeps them busy so call ahead for an appointment.

This was my first visit to Mytee. I made an appointment with them for scheduled maintenance on my Subaru. I was impressed with the work performed and the courtesy and integrity of the people I encountered there. The price for the work seemed reasonable, as well. I'll definitely be going back.
