Oil pump went out and blew the motor in my daughter’s 2012 Honda Civic with 190,000 miles that cost $5000! They quoted me $6000 just for the motor, never telling me they only deal in 0 miles brand new or reman motors. Mind you, this is no labor, no last minute requirements, no little extra processing or shop fees no tax $8000+ to replace a motor in that year of a car with that many miles on the rest of it! Smh! Took my car back after they threatened within the 24 hours it was there to have it moved. AAA had a lot of accidents that night and I was a non emergency so I scheduled it the next morning. Just not nice not friendly not compassionate not explanatory and it’s Christmas time and is it because I’m a woman? Is it because I found a motor with 60000 miles and a 3 year warranty installed for 4000?! Who knows?! Have the day you deserve! PS I heard at least one of the brothers is a nice friendly guy maybe. When I dropped my car off there was 1 other car on the lot 1. When I picked it up there was it and 3. They also made it very very clear they work on their schedule, their families come guest not uppers or your needs, they get to it when they get to it and that’s just it.

I have gone to them many times before for different services and always been treated right Nick has been outstanding and I always have to make sure I've got my vehicle back in a timely manner my recent visit I has some work done and I had a turn signal light changed in my rear it led to some moisture developed in the lens about assembly never was removed ever is the original assembly never had a problem before then all the sudden when that assembly was removed the seal somehow started leaking well let's say Nick's brother he's not so nice and he's very rude disrespectful as I'll get out I understand that some mechanics try to save money I get it but when you're wrong you're wrong he just straight out refused to make things right so instead of making a ride he blew out all the air put a new bulb in and snap that bad boy with some silicone on it right back on my truck that's not making it right for the customer put a bad taste in my mouth I don't think I'll be returning again after this I'll take my money and business elsewhere from now on

This is by far the most honest and competent mechanic we've ever had. Our cars are well maintained older models and they treat them as if they were their own. The owners are friendly and seem genuinely caring. I recently had a vehicle stolen and then recovered and was able to immediately collide my insurance claim for damages due to the thourough check N & V performed. Highly recommend
